It was my family holiday in weekday. The hotel is quite which I like it. Only 4 of us used swimming pool at that time and no body else maybe since it was weekday. The Breakfast is nice with good variation of menu
Stayed at the hotel with my family. No views, but close to nearby malls via taxis. The apartment was dated, but it was spacious. The breakfast was enjoyable and a good spread. The staff were great, they were very accommodating and helpful.
Worked all week so decided to have a couple of beers in the bar so goes to reception and asks where is the bar, sorry sir No Bar, so what are you to do if you want a drink!, Go back to your room and order room service was the answer, I know it is Ramadan but you still need to cater for all your guests, Utter joke, will not be back here that's for sure,
Stay in this quite hotel ,not many activities surrounding the hotel .Small room un renovated room , Ac control should be change and when stayed in the room 507 from the first nite corner of the ceiling bathroom leakage, early in the morning reported to Front Desk agent to fix the leakage , but till evening We back to the room ,the ceiling of the bath room still leakage ,the room attendant or housekeeping staff only put the towel to protect the water dropped from the ceiling only.should HK staff organize with Engineering dept and Front office Dept not make guest unsatified the matter . Restaurant staff uncourteous and not polite to serve guest. Should the Hotel management to train again what should services implemented in hotel service quality
Stayed for a night on the 20 may 2017. Staff service is good and friendly. Response is rather fast. The issue i had is that the family room booked is rather dusty esp the floors, should have mopped the floors before letting us in. The aircon and water heater took abit of time to work fully. Breakfast is ok Will definitely come back again
Arrived after 10pm, receptionist Gina was helpful in sorting out our booking as we booked studio through agoda but were initially given normal room. Gina was very patient and accommodating in sorting it out so late. Studio room is nice and spacious, would have been better if the kitchenette was actually stocked like advertised....nothing in any press! So while it is great to have fridge and cooking area we couldn't use anything as we only had 2 cups and glasses! Hotel seems very isolated when you arrive but when you walk 5 minutes down the road there is a street of food shops with 24 hour fast food outlets. Getting to nagoya hill shopping centre is 1km but not very safe to walk as no sidewalks and road edge not in good condition, hotel will assist to book taxi(usually have 1-2 waiting outside the gate) fare is 40000-50000 to shops, 70000-80000 to ferry port, Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Breakfast food runs out..if you go down around 9am don't expect much to be left, Definitely would recommend studios for those looking to get away and relax for a few days!
The breakfasts are a special treat. Rooms very comfortable. The gym is rarely used but that avoids embarrassment for those with less than perfect bodies. The staff are models of courtesy. All a traveller needs.
Room was large and spacious. Service staff were also very polite and accomodating. Fairly near to Nagoya mall and pubs. Missed breakfast as it ends at 10am though. Maybe extend the timing to 11am? Good place to stay on a budget
This property is not as nice as its sister hotel at Harbour Bay. However, it is not a terrible place to stay. The pool is nice & big but there is construction going on directly behind it so there are workers watching you swim. There is also a terrible odor wafting out of the bathrooms by the pool. There are no lounge chairs by the pool, and only two places to sit when I was there. The breakfast buffet was not bad - a selection of fruits, local dishes, eggs cooked to order...The staff are very friendly, and there are always taxis waiting outside the front gates. It is right next to Planet Holiday, and within walking distance to some places to eat, including Mc Donald's, KFC, and many local food shops. It is in walking distance to the seedier night life area too.
Pretty decent apartment with 2 rooms, 1 living room and kitchen. The only complain i had was the buffet spread was much smaller than swiss-bel hotel. Overall, it was okay. Location was very near to nagoya shopping mall. Just a less than 5 min taxi ride.
