Hotel location is good, buffet has varieties but check in/room availabilty past 2pm. We got 1 of the 3 room very late.

Our room does not have any mini fridge. And the 2nd room mini fridge door was faulty. Our main door does not have security latch.

Went to the hotel to check in only to be blatantly told that we dnt hv any reservation with them. The male receptionists just told us off " no reservation, cannot find name. no name" He is blatantly RUDE... My husband then told him never mind abt the reservation, " do you hv any room for us to check in" No room, full house'' WILL NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN...

bedsheet not clean, there is hair on the bed. Staff not do not know well about the room. I was speaking to the female staff about not wanting room that have 3 steps to go in, and your male staff interrupted me saying there is elevator in the room. Not knowing what i was referring to and he just interrupted my conversation.

従業員親切、過剰なくらい？。部屋はシンプル(殺風景)、セキュリティボックスなし、コンセント BF型または、たぶんC型、日本のプラグ不可。ホテルタクシー高いが安心かな。歯ブラシ、スリッパ、水あり、シャワー温水、体も頭も同じシャンプー。モール近い。Wifiはフリーだが、繋がり悪く、速度は遅い。

Location is great because it is within walking distance to the mall. The hotel is an old hotel. So do not expect something great. But the room is comfortable enough. The breakfast is good.

Good location.

Location is next to Nagoya Hill Mall which is convenience for shopping. Booked 5 rooms for the family. Sadly, the rooms were infested with little cockroaches.

My 2d1n easy breezy batam rest & relax

The recent booking was for my mom and she loves this hotel(she patronized i tink more than 10 times) to the extend not juz the reception knows her but even the housekeeping on almost every floor acknowledge her every time she arrives. She likes the breakfast menu served ( to her let it be simple but delicious), rather than some hotels that served u a huge buffet spread but noting is edible to ur tastebud except eggs. Easy access to nagoyah mall which is juz beside it, she goes there to get her cake lapis ordered from la moist. if u're staying for for 2d1n or 3d2n, u can order on the day u arrived and asked them to deliver to this hotel wif no charges even if u buy juz 2-3 cakes cos the distance is nearby and thats the xtra mile service they would do.best part is u get it while its still piping hot, u come dwn for breakfast and voila reception will acknowledge u upon the arrival of cakes or if it arrives aft u had ur bf, they will send it to ur room on the day u depart (get it at its freshness). Dinner u can juz walked out of the hotel doors and the smell of madura satay and seafood juz pierced through ur nose. Usually i would go for my 2hr body &1 hr foot reflex @ breeze juz opp the hotel for a cheap and gd massage. But if u prefer spa den u can juz stroll outside of the mall or in the mall itself and there will be dozens of spa.

Bad hotel ..but good location ..

The hotel was sooooo old .. The refrigerator very dirty The water on the shower very small .hard to shower properly .. The reception staff very bad ..(man staff was friendly , but woman staff very bad ) The food ..not too good .. The only one thing good from this hotel was the location only .. This hotel close from Nagoya shopping centre ... But the other thing very disappointing ... So don't waste your money .. You can get better hotel with the same price .. What you need to do is the good hotel with same price always full booking ..so you have to book few days before your arrival day (especially weekend)
