網上環境照片跟現場實況相距甚遠，房間內傢俱、物品均破舊不堪，浴巾很骯髒，浴室備品全都沒補，也沒提供吹風機。飯店雖有免費接駁巴士，但需提早預訂，櫃檯人員不會主動說明及告知提醒。
