Arrived early but was able to check in as room was being cleaned and after welcome drinks was able to get in room,staff at front desk were very friendly as travel passers were all sorted so we were good to go.room was very spacious very good shower,breakfast was excellent with a good selection.Hotel was in a great location near city centre but a quiet location ,near airport and train station and transport.

The hotel was close to the Basel train station and walking distance to the zoo and to Old town Basel where there are lots of museums, churches, shops, grocery stores, and restaraunts.The staff were super; kind, helpfull offering a welcome drink which you can enjoy in the garden. I didn't est breakfast there but the dining room looked lovely so I could only imagine that the breakfast was an enjoyable experience. One of the best hotels that I stayed at in Europe.

I was attending a business conference. Hotel is very comfortable, modern, clean. Staff is very friendly, helpful and cheerful. Definitely take the breakfast. I am gluten and dairy free and I think it was one of the best breakfast I have had a non 5 star hotel! Very well located for shops, restaurants and the tram. I will most definitely stay again.
