Tuesday 25 November a manbroke through the first set of doors at the entrance. Was banging on second set and hollaring. I called the police. Terrib.e he was able to zet through a set. Poor quality. Rooms are very small. Housekeepers block the halls with carts, vacuum hoses and cord.

Great location, but the stay was disappointing overall. The double bed had deep sunken sides, so it was only comfortable if you lay exactly in those spots. There was a slight sewage smell in the room, and bright exterior lights came straight through the curtains at night. Even with the windows closed, I could hear every conversation on the street, and noise from the neighbouring room sounded as if we were separated by a very thin wall. The sliding bathroom door didn’t close properly and left a noticeable gap. The cleaner also entered the room while I was inside. Unfortunately, the location was the only real positive.

Our stay was satisfactory. The room was clean and mostly in good repair. One of the bed lamps was broken in terms of being adjustable (could move to angle) and just hung there.. We knew there would not be daily house keeping but there could have been more frequent look-ins to remove trash, as bins were very small. Regarding communications, the e-mail that was sent to advise access code arrived on day of our arrival, when we landed in Switzerland... with no regular connectivity except where Wifi was offered. Also, the e-mail went to spam folder, which is not always immediate accessible on cell, or at least has to be searched for. The stay at the hotel, as stated above, was satisfactory. But some of the access information and some of the finish/level-of-service made for small challenges, which marked down the overall review.

This property was wonderful. The code system is really easy and the room was wonderful. The shower was spacious, our room had wall to wall windows which was gorgeous. The hotel DOES have laundry machines that you can use, even though I couldn’t find that on the listing, which was crucial for us. It’s so close to the daily farmers market, where we picked up breakfast every morning, and the Marktplatz tram stops, so it’s incredibly convenient for getting around. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

We order two comfort suites for 2 families with two children each. The hotel sent us an email the day before that they won’t be able to give us one of the rooms and offered instead two basic, very small rooms. As parents for young kids we can’t leave the kids alone so we had to split so each parent will be in other room. The rooms were extremely small. Only after angry emails the offered a very small and unreasonable redund of only 15%, after ruining our trip witch we paid a lot of money for
