Not much to say, great hotel to stay. Rooms were clean and convenient. Tram stop is literally in front of the building. Just dont forget to bring Swiss plug adapters.

Great location as only a few minutes from the train station. The room was comfortable and the best thing...really warm! Breakfast was basic but it was good value and there was plenty of it. I would recommend Ibis if staying in Basel.

Pros: Tram outside the door, train station next door, bed was pretty comfy. Cons: Breakfast was horrible (almost nothing left at 8:30am, and service was non-existent) - to charge 20 euros for this is robbery; pretty small room that really feels like a cruise ship room.

Tidy room, cleaned every day. Quite hot for me but air con worked fine and left the window open to keep cool. Staff extremely helpful and very polite, even went to get plasters as my wife cut her knee. Did not have breakfast so can not comment.

Nearby to train station.

We were allowed to store our luggages in a locked room before check in. We didn’t have the correct adapter for charging phones and the receptionist lend us an adapter. In the end we purchased it from the hotel. She was very helpful and cheerful all the time. The hotel is nearby to train station. Breakfast was excellent.

Excellent Budget Hotel Choice in Great Location

Very efficient check-in with Basel Card issued. Basic, clean room with all needed amenities for a short stay. Very well located near the main train station and the tram is just outside. Breakfast had a very good selection of both hot and cold choices. A good choice, thank you.

Position of the shower head points towards the door. After taking a shower water was all over the floor outside meaning there must be a leak or that the door is not well insulated to prevent water from flowing out. Mat towel was wet and had to wipe dry the floor. What an inconvenience.

Good choice

Great hotel near the SBB station. Staff super friendly and helpful. We stayed there one night before getting to the airport the next morning. They also offer a city : free access to public transportation. So you don't have to pay for the bus to the airport.
