The gentleman who checked us in/out was kind and professional. The towels were very thin and small. The beds only had a sheet and thin decorative blanket, and thin pillows. When we went to ask reception for a blanket or second sheet in the evening, there wasn’t anyone at the front. The shower drain made weird gurgling noises in the mornings.

This facility is utilized by both the general public and transient workers. The bar is patronized by the public. Well we stay here again, sure. It’s not a 5 star hotel. It’s clean, sufficient and near everything you need. EVERY night there was noise (bar patrons sitting in vehicles with bass up, neighboring roommate with speakers booming). I addressed it twice myself. The first time I called the front desk, and it was dealt with immediately. The other times I came out in my pajamas and when the noise makers saw me, they turned it off. Will we stay again. Yes. Good rates, clean room, near to all needs. Just be ready to deal with the noise of your room is near the bar.

The combinations were horrible nothing but a sheet on the bed one pillow it was filthy and we ended up having to get a different room somewhere else and when we showed up, they wanted a cash deposit that was never mention when we booked the trip when we got to a room at 10 o’clock there is nobody available to get a blanket for the bed, adequate pillows and a clean room the front lobby was all locked up. We are checked in earlier that day and didn’t go to the room until 10 o’clock when we got back from our event unfortunately this was one of the only hotels in town. The Holiday Inn and the Hampton Inn were completely full and we had to drive to Wimauma to get a room, there wasn’t anything even open to go buy blankets. I had to return the next day to get my test deposit back and try to cancel the next night and get some kind of refund and he was supposed to have the owner. Call me which never happens.

The manager was very rude when we asked for a different room. The first room the heavy wooden door was off track and Almost fell on me also the toilet didn’t work… a rep from hotels.com called him he was rude to her as well and hung up on her twice! Horrible place to stay I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
