Discover the charm of Court Cottage, a delightful 180-year-old retreat nestled in a picturesque North Devon village. This character-filled cottage accommodates up to five guests in three beautifully appointed bedrooms and is ideally suited for dog lovers, featuring an enclosed south-facing garden with views of the village church spire and rolling countryside.

Step inside to find a spacious hallway that leads to a well-equipped kitchen/diner, complete with modern appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine and a large farmhouse table for communal meals. The cozy living room beckons with garden views, wide window seats, and an inviting inglenook fireplace with a working log burner, perfect for warming up on crisp autumn and winter nights. Enjoy entertainment with an Amazon Fire Stick, a DVD player, and a collection of board games, along with BT Fibre Broadband and a DAB digital radio for your convenience.

Upstairs, you'll find three tastefully decorated bedrooms, all offering lovely views and luxury linens.
