The flat is ideally located with direct access to the wide beach at Barneville-Carteret, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby.

Golf and equestrian centre (5 min), water sports and sand yachting (10 min), excursions to the Channel Islands, cultural visits (châteaux, biscuit factory, botanical park), a variety of restaurants, summer night markets, cinema and tourist office in Barneville-Carteret (10 min), cycling (cycle path at the foot of the château) and hiking on the GR223. Local Saturday market in the town centre all year round.

During this period, workers will be able to work on the roof from 8.15am to 4.30pm. Noise and visual disturbance are therefore to be expected (due to the presence of the scaffolding).
