Appartement bien placé, proche centre et au calme mais vieillot pour l'ameublement et équipements ménagers indignes : pas de grille pain ni d'égouttoir ni de passoire... Difficile de circuler dans la chambre du fait de l'entassement des meubles. Terrasse ensoleillée mais Pare à sol défectueux
