Cute Hotel…Poor Room Condition

Overall, the hotel is cute but I was not happy with my room. First, I didn’t get the upgrade I was supposed to get. Secondly, the condition of my room was below average. The curtains were ripped up, the sink area was all rusted, and every five minutes, the pipes in the bathroom made a loud sound that lasted about a minute each time. Despite me mentioning the issue to the hotel staff, no one ever addressed it or fixed it. This was below the standards of a 4-star hotel.

Conveniently located. AC did not work for 2 of the 6 days of my stay. Very strong sewage smell at night. The breakfast was gross and over priced (flies everywhere and on food). Nice staff at the pool. Johanna at the front desk was exceptionally rude at check-in. Everyone else was a pleasure.

The staff is very nice, the hotel is not 4 star , it’s more like 3,5 star hotel, breakfast was ok , not much variety. Room is small. Location is good 15 minutes walk to the center.

Great hotel! it was clean and the staff was very kind and were always available at be front desk. The check in process was very easy. it’s located in a safe neighborhood and it is walking distance (15-20 mins) to many places including the passage de gràcia stores, casa batillo and la sagrada familia.

Recently stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. Loved everything about this hotel! The staff is friendly and always available. The hotel smells incredible when you walk in. Very cute boutique vibes! I added breakfast to our stay and it was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back again!

Nice boutique hotel! Lots of nice touches like a complimentary glass of champagne in the evening and plenty of free drinks and snacks in the room. The roof deck is very cute and we spent an hour up there having drinks. Didn’t try breakfast. Bed was super comfy and the king sized big was enormous. The location is quieter as it’s farther from Passeiq de Gracia. That maybe a plus or a minus depending on your taste but we very much enjoyed our stay here!
