Muy mala experiencia, se nos quedó la llave dentro de la habitación por error y nos cobraron $100 euros solo por buscar una copia en la oficina, les tomó menos de 5 min, la salida era a las 11:00 am y a las 10:55 ya teníamos a alguien expulsándonos del apartamento. No lo recomiendo. Prefiero ir a un Hotel que el servicio es mucho mejor.

Good value for money in a great location

An excellent location, close to the Sagrada Familia and local transport links. You get what you pay for and this was good value for money; very clean and staff were very helpful. However, the air con is in need to updating. It was poor.

Great location. Great view of the Basilica from our unit but they assigned us a room with the heater on, not the A/C despite our request to assist in fixing the thermostat on our first night. We were fanned ourselves to sleep plus there were mosquitoes. I reported this to the management and they only asked if anyone got bitten. No cabinets and racks for hanging clothes/towels and there's only 1 small television for the whole 3 bedroom-unit. Hallway flooring were loose and sliding which is a safety hazard. We also had to put all our trash away even though we didn't cook in the unit. They charge addt'l 60 Euros for extra cleaning so my husband collected our bathroom trash and tossed them in designated bins on the street. Don't expect regular hotel service. Our biggest disappointment is that there was only 1 toilet for the 6 of us, even though we booked our rooms way early and requested specifically for 2 toilets. Alvaro was the only staff who's friendly and helpful.

The property is walking distance to the Sagrada Familia. Check in was a bit acward as it is done through a digital valet where you put in a number and you retrieve your key. Fortunately, staff from the hotel happened to be there when we arrived and made it easy, otherwise I think this would have been a cumbersome experience. Also, the hot water runs out rather quickly and took several cold showers.

Great location and great apartment for families

Apartment was perfect for us, well appointed and comfortable, but Barcelona was extremely hot and the air conditioning wasn’t cool enough. But the staff was helpful in every way and we loved or neighborhood area. Very convenient and nice. Beautiful view of the sagrada Familia down the street.

Overall this property was great value and really nice. We rented the penthouse for 6 people but it could have slept 8. Good communal area with a large balcony overlooking Sagrada Família, which was really special. Decent kitchen with coffee machine and some complimentary coffee and tea. Well stocked. Nice clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location, very close to Sagrada Família and metro. Very friendly staff and communication started early with check in instructions. Very prompt responses when I sent questions.

Breathtaking views!

This property has the most amazing views of the Sagrada Família. The rooftop terrace has a stunning 360 degree view of the city. Our unit had 3 separate bedrooms, separate dining room and separate living room. So it was indeed like home. The staff is very kind and our stay was superb.

Fantastic location, pleasant apartment

This was in an amazing location with a fantastic view from the roof terrace. Rooms were spacious and clean, and well equipped. The shower was great too!

Great location and accommodations.

Great location and accommodations. Only drawback was the strong smell of what seemed to be marijuana in the hallways which penetrates into the apartment. Building is smoke free but hard to enforce in the evenings. Easy check in and check out.

It was a block from la sagrada familia, the metro was a block too .. lots of places to eat just down the stairs . We loved the location. The only thing is that you have to take really short showers due to the water heater that is small. But everything else is perfect i really recommend this place!

Good but not perfect.

The apartment situation was ideal beong just a 10 minute walk to the Sagrada Familia. We had to use the automatic check in service machine (20€ cost) as we arrived after the front desk had closed . The process was easy enough and in return our room key dropped from the machine for us to take. The apartment itself was quite large and perfect for ouf family group of 7. It had a great side terrace with a lovely view if the Sagrada Familia. You could then go back to the stairs and climb up further to the roof terrace for an even better 360 degrees view. The only real downsides were that the cleanliness of the apartment wasn't that great and a few things were broken. The freezer hadn't been cleaned for quite some time and was very iced up. The coffee machine did not work, a few light bulbs didn't work and the sliding door onto the terrace had a broken lock so it couldn't even be closed fully. An extra 30 minutes cleaning and another 30 to fix the items would have changed pur view totally of this (what could have been an impressive) apartment.

Nice stay

Rooms are spacious, renovated and clean and suitable for big families. Elevator is very narrow though. Location is good and near to Center , supermarkets and resturants. A bit difficult to find on GPS if you are driving as there is no signage on the building , try always to reach between 9 to 18 local time as the automatic check in machine is not working properly. The staff is very friendly and ready to help within the working hours.

Fantastic location

The hotel had very clear instructions on what to do for late check in which we appreciate after a long day of traveling. Some ‘apartments’ were nicely renovated and others need to be renovated the soonest as it has a distinct smell as well. Overall, our experience was goos. Location was awesome. Few minutes walk to Sagrada Familia and restaurants everywhere outside which was great.
