This cosy duplex has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, one of them en suite. On the upper floor is the main bedroom with a double bed and washbasin and also one of the single rooms. On the ground floor we find a single bedroom, as well as the kitchen and dining room.
The kitchen is fully equipped, which allows our guests to prepare their own breakfasts or meals as if at home. The apartment has a washer-dryer in addition to Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning. It is located in the centre of Barcelona, very close to MACBA, La Rambla and the Sant Antoni neighbourhood.
The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival.
No parties or stag/hen dos are allowed.
The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. The rate in force at the time of the stay will be applied, per adult and per night, up to a maximum of seven nights.
Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau Street 228. Opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Mobile self check-in from 15:00.
Entries from 21:00h onwards are made in person at the apartments and have an extra cost of £30.

The check in process was not good . We had to call to get our code . The place was very clean and as described. The power was loss , the entire building is rental units . We got locked out with 3 other units for over an hour during the power outage . All neighboring units had power , we had to wait in the sheets to be let into property. We had no power the last day even with all the neighboring properties having power. They offered no updates or communication unless we reached out to them . This is large company managing this place. Use caution .

Great apartment for first-time trip to Barcelona
This apartment was perfect for our family's first trip to Barcelona! It had plenty of space for our family of three (but easily would've accommodated more comfortably, as listed), was very clean, and close to groceries and restaurants. It was central to all of the traditional tourist attractions; we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go the entire three days. My seven year-old loved having her own space to retire to at the end of a long day of sightseeing. There's transit nearby that connects you to Barcelona-Sans, and anywhere else you need to go.
The hosts were more than accommodating--we arrived late at night and they made the check-in process and digital key was incredibly easy to use. The hosts were very communicative from the time we initially booked, before arrival, during the stay, and upon check-out. They even provided bag storage after check-out.
Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, the bedrooms and common areas had tons of closets and storage space, the kitchen had all the appliances one would need. My only comment is that using the appliances took some trial and error, but only because I'm American and the symbols were different than what I'm used to. Some basic instructions could help, but this was honestly such a minor issue. Could not recommend this apartment more; we'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
