Great Location, Terrible Cleanliness and Communication

Enter at your own risk! We loved the location of this stay - 10 minute walk to the beach and truly in the heart of Poblenou- but we had many issues with the flat. The flat was not prepared for guests upon our arrival (dirty floors and counters, smelly bathroom, unclean towels provided...) and the management company did nothing to address, so we had to buy products to clean ourselves. The stove is also not operational - any time we tried to use, it would blow the electricity for the entire apartment, and we were counting on having a functional kitchen. Again, not addressed by management. Additionally, we were charged 30 for a "late check in fee" of arriving at 7.45PM. This was not noted anywhere in their policies. The rental company was unresponsive and did not address any of our issues when we reached out multiple times, including via VRBO. The flat was large and spacious, with a great location, but all of the above issues added a ton of extra stress and hassle to our stay.

Geweldig appartement in een leuke gezellige wijk!

Fijn appartement! Sfeervol, ruim! Schoon en geweldige locatie in een leuke wijk. Een straat met voetgangersgebied, goede horeca en aan het einde van de straat loop je zo naar het strand. Ook afstand tot metrostation was prima. Kamer voor onze tienerkinderen had een klein bed. Dat was het enige minpunt.
