Great location, ideal spot for restaurants and shops

Customer service was excellent and very knowledge, but I found a roach in the bathroom. It was really bad to see that in a hotel. After that I had a great time. Th breakfast was kind of limited no raffle or pain cake specially for kids or people allergic with eggs! After that everything was okay and great position.

This was a Good Location!!! Lots of little streets with cafes, shopping and sites plus the beautiful park and the beach were all right within walking distance...

I certainly enjoyed my stay at the K + K Picasso. It is a small hotel that makes a real effort to offer big hotel amenities and comforts. The staff are gracious and friendly, and my room was comfortable. The location is really nice -- right across the street from one of the city's major parks, and at the edge of a historic area and shopping district. It also felt a bit like a neighborhood, which I liked -- I'd see the same people walking their dogs in the plazas each day.

Beautiful property and superb location! Our only complaint about the hotel was that we could hear other guests through our wall late at night, but we don't begrudge them the good time that they surely had at K + K and in the El Born area! The location of the property was perfect - easy walking access to every fun thing to do in Barcelona, especially the beach and the Gothic Quarter. El Born is a great neighborhood for eating out shopping, and enjoying the historic beauty of Barcelona without overnighting in the crowded noise of La Rambla. The hotel property and staff exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed breakfast onsite and recommend it as a reasonably priced and filling start for travelers who may not prefer to grab a local pastry while exploring the city. The rooftop offers comfortable seats and sultry views of the Med and elevated parts of the city, as well as clean pool that's a decent size as far as roof pools go. Our queen room was compact but offered enough space for us to unpack and stow our luggage. Additional points for multiple charging adapters built into the desk. This property was a really excellent value and we will definitely return.

The hotel is very well situated and within walking distance to the beach. It is also 20 minute walk to Placa Catalyuna which is the city center in Barcelona. We loved the area which is right in front of Centinal Park.

I did make the right choice. This is a 4 star hotel but I would add 1 more star for how quiet it was in the room facing the courtyard. The room is impeccably clean, well equipped, multi language TV, coffeemaker, refrigerator. There is a lounge deck on the roof top with a great view and a swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. After check out I could leave my bag in the storage room. The hotel is withing walking distance to the beach, Pl Catalunia, La Rambla, Hop-on-Hop-off bus stop #3 is right at the hotel door. You could buy tickets for the bus tour at the front desk, as well as to Sagrada Familia church. There is a nice park and a zoo across the street and an archeological complex behind the building. I never used the restaurant, did not have time for that. Do your leg miles, relax and enjoy your stay.

The job of the hotel staff is to be helpful and cheerful. Most hotels do this reasonably well. At this hotel the staff was really exceptionally kind and helpful.

This is a perfect location for the Gothic area access. Picasso museum is only a couple of blocks away and tons of restaurants are around the corner. The Hop on Hop off bus stops right in front of the hotel. Turn in your rental car and use the bus or taxi. Driving and parking is crazy

This is a very nice hotel that I enjoyed. I especially liked the security at the front desk since I was traveling with my daughter and her friend. The front desk staff was always so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend!
