I loved this small boutique hotel. The bed wasn't super comfortable but everytbing else makes up for that. The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was perfect, off the main tourist areas, and the breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend it!

We throughly enjoyed our time Serhs Carlit Boutique Hotel. The hotel exceeded our expectations! The rooms were clean, spacious and the air conditioning was a bonus. The location is easy walking distance to attractions, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast in the morning is the best we have had in Europe. Fresh, a fantastic variety and delicious. The staff we A++. Jessica, in particular, was so kind and helpful in getting my husband's phone back after he left it in a cab. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona and we will stay there in any future trips to Barcelona!

Perfect, walkable location to most sights of interest, including endless shops and restaurants and accessible public transport to those further away. Staff was friendly and available throughout my stay, at all hours of the day. Cleanliness was top notch and breakfast was fabulous. AC was comfortable and easy to adjust. Wonderful experience as a solo, female traveler. Highly recommend!

The property is located reasonably on a quite street. However, the La Rambla etc is about 20+ minutes walk. The property some confectionery for the guest and the Entrance gate to the hotel opens with Hotel key. Moreover, they do have cold water for the guests as you enter which is always a welcome sign. :)

This hotel was about cheap hotel, very eclectic and clean. Staff was helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Modern conveniences and recently remodeled. Would go back there again.

we had a major fire incident at the hotel which caused big inconvenience to everyone staying at the hotel for full one day. We even lost our chance to go to Sagrada Familia and our money was wasted. We wasted full day due to lack of access to the room to get ready or wear shoes etc. No one from the management spoke to us to inform us of the status or offer any compensation or sympathy. Our TV also did not work for 3 days and we were very frustrated with the lack of communication by anyone. Our stay in the hotel was not very pleasant due to lack of communication from the management.
