The front desk staff were very nice, but the room wasn't totally clean. There were long strands of hair on the floor, and I'm actually not convinced that our sheets were fresh on arrival, there were little hairs on the pillow and it's as if they just made the bed instead of changing the sheets. I know for a fact our sheets weren't changed during our 5 night stay, they only re-made the bed. If you're a clean freak like me, then you won't be comfortable here. The couch in the room was filthy and stained, looked like it was dragged off the street. Also the position of the bathroom in the room and the glass doors mean very little privacy if you have a hotel mate. My husband made me turn on music so I wouldn't hear him poop otherwise.
Quiet, very close to metro and not too far to walk to exclusive shopping/dining area. Good breakfast with variety, served in ample facilities.
My first impression was of value and convenience, however that was short lived when I realized they include nothing in the price. Parking was a rip-off at 20euro/day, wifi was 3 euro/hr. and the signal strength was awful and they were so cheap that no breakfast was included nor did they even offer coffee or even a pack of crackers in the room. The staff were hard to find and they were less than helpful with our questions. Also the hotel is very noisy and in a less than desirable location. Don´t waste your money here.
This was the worst stay I have had, the front desk staff was rude and not helpful, the room was noisy and there was about 10 minutes were I actually slept. I dont recommend this hotel unless you dont need sleep.
The best thing to recommend this hotel is the multilingual staff--everyone I encountered at the front desk spoke fluent English and Spanish, and other languages, as well. The parking garage is expensive at the daily rate, and even more expensive if you use your car during your stay--you will incur a higher hourly rate. Beware also of fees to use the room safe, telephone (even for local calls), and wireless (wifi) Internet access. I was especially dissappointed that I had to pay so much for Wifi, considering the weak signal strength (and intermittently dropped connection) in my room.
The staff of the hotel were very helpful. The location was near The Subway which we used all the time. We were very pleased with this hotel.
