Very nice hotel. Staff was great, great location. Beautiful room with very nice terrace which makes your room double the size! It was very nice. Barcelona is a beautiful city. A couple of small things, when you stay at a 5 star hotel that is for 10 days, I think certain things are maintenance like remote control batteries, the other suggestion is the room service menus is nice to be easily found by guest. Small complaints in the big scheme of things it was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. I give it a five star of course.

Location, location, location. This place could not be located any better. You step out the front door and you have the Diagnol metro station that can connect you to anywhere intended. The service was excellent and 5 star. Rooms were nice and clean. The front desk staff were amazing. They did everything from reservation to meeting anything we need without hesitation. What a fantastic hotel. Barcelona is a very walkable city and this hotel is in a good location to walk to the main attractions. The staff were friendly and extremely attentive. Volume wasn’t working on my tv, called front desk and someone was up to our room and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. Staff always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was really tasty, lots of options including buffet items and a menu to order from as well. A must stay if you are looking for a hotel in Barcelona.
