Great breakfast buffet

The hotel and staff was one of the best we have been too and the breakfast buffet offered was amazing with so much variety. The only negative thing noticed is the “security” person that stands there extremely rude making a “shhhhhhh” sound to my kids who were laughing on the first floor. Very strange and unwelcoming.

Location is great. Breakfast spread was very good. Only downside our room AC was not functioning well and would not cool down at all. Nights were extremely hot. They really need to focus on fixing it specially for hot june weather in Spain

Forgot a pair of shoes in the room. I called back 3 hours after leaving and the housekeeper claimed there were no shoes in the room. This is not possible as this was the only pair of shoes I wore the night before leaving. Be aware of this place.

We stayed there during Summer 2025. It was a nice neighborhood. Beach is just 20 mins walk. Lots of options for dining. There is a taxi stand just in front of the hotel. So transportation was easier, specially with kids. However the hotel is so so. Not so clean. Most of the staff cannot speak English and not very helpful or friendly. The most terrible is the hotel elevator and electronics don't work properly. They need attention.
