Nice hotel located to center with East access to restaurant

The stafff were exceptional. Would like to make special mention of the ff staff:Ceasare( front desk), Abel and Imelda ( from the breakfast ) went out of their way to make our stay extra special. Many thanks

The room was a nice size and clean. The bathroom was large with lots of mirrors. However, I would not stay at H10 Casanova again. I booked this hotel for the rooftop, but every time I went up there the sun beds were completely full - the area is just too small. I also like to save some money by doing my own grocery shopping and eating on the rooftop of the hotel, but when I did this my first day I was promptly told by staff that was not allowed. So basically I paid extra for this location for the rooftop and couldn’t even use it. Also, when the water runs for the shower or toilet in a room anywhere near you it sounds like a tsunami is about to burst through the wall. It woke me up various times throughout the night/in the morning because it was that loud!!

Central location. We can walk to all top spots like La Rambla, Segrada Familia etc.

We had a suit room but the room was not ready until 3 pm. We check in @ 10 am expecting that room will be ready by 2 pm. I waited until 2:59 pm to ask them again if my room is ready and they said that they are still cleaning the room, I begun to question them why my room isn’t ready until now, as if they don’t want to release the room to us. My son and my daughter was very tired waiting for the room to be available. Diego the manager in the that afternoon even told that I was rude were in fact I was just trying to explain and vent out my frustrations about the long wait. Location was good close to a lot of major attractions. Galin was very helpful. Nacho was very pleasant.

The location was great! Short walk to the main attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful, the lobby is amazing. The room itself was a bit disappointing. Bathroom was beautiful and renovated but can’t say the same for the rest of the room. It was pretty tight and quite old looking. Definitely not what I expected based on the pictures. But overall it’s a great hotel

Overall a great experience, except for that rooms are close to each other, so there are door noises when it opens and closes. Otherwise, it is a very nice hotel to stay in.

Was only at the hotel for one night, but was greeted with a complementary glass of cava on check in and a great view from my room's balcony. Staff was very nice and helpful. Getting the included breakfast was worth it, there was a large variety of hot and cold food/drinks, and they even had a chocolate fountain. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Barcelona.

Friendly staff, great location! The hotel is very close to Metro and 10-15 min. walk to Las Ramblas,

For those of us in the States, this hotel reminds me of a typical, Manhattan boutique hotel. The rooms are small, but not uncomfortable. It's got the typical bar with pretty chairs to look at, but not the best to sit in and the hustle and bustle of the city going 24-hours a day. If you're a light sleeper, I'd avoid it. But, it's a quick walk to La Rambla & subway, so getting around is easy. I would have given it 3.5 stars overall, but I can't do that. But, I am happy with the price, so I'm skewing high.

Room was actually quite nice with sleek contemporary design and facing out to a lovely courtyard (we requested the quiet area). What took away from giving this a perfect score were in areas they really should not have missed. (1) No wash cloths given on the weekends...really? (2) Large "rainfall" shower head with an uncontrollable spray which will give your hair a good soaking whether you want it or not. (3) rusty ceiling in the bathroom. The front desk staff was lovely and quite helpful.

Had a wonderful stay from beginning to end. Hotel was clean and modern. Plenty of space, great balcony view. A short walk from La Ramblas and just enough distance away from the noise. My friend and I felt very safe. Hotel staff was very helpful from giving directions to making suggestions and even setting up dining reservations for us. Ask for Patricia, as she was very knowledgeable in the area and great places to eat. Would gladly stay again!!

My daughter and I spent 5 days at the H10 Casanova and it was great. The overall decor and feel of the hotel is modern and clean even though the exterior of the building is charming and older in line with the neighborhood. The amenities are above average, but if you have thick or long hair you probably want to bring your own hair dryer because the one provided isn't much better than air drying (I find that is typical for hotel-provided dryers in Europe). The location was great for walking or hopping on the metro and staff were helpful. Our room was on the main street so was noisy late into the evening but I had earplugs along so that wasn't a problem either. Most important, the beds were comfortable and that makes all the difference on vacation!

We were there before a cruise vacation and only had 1 day to see the city. This hotel had a perfect location... could walk to Las Ramblas and gay nightlife. Staff spoke great English and were very courteous and prompt, they even let us check in a little early after our overnight flight!

Dear Mr. Teo, We thank you for choosing us for your visit in Barcelona, also for your time and your comments that are essential for the constant improvement of the hotel as we strive daily to give you the best service and attention; thus it is always a pleasure to know that you have enjoyed your stay with us. The guaranteed time for check in is from between 14:00 and 15:00, but we are always pleased to do it before if the rooms are available. However, when some of our guests leave the room later then the expected time, it creates an uncomfortable situation such as the one you may have lived. In any case, it is never our intention the mistreat you. I am very confident that Diego and the whole staff was trying to do their best. We regret all the possible inconvenients and, whilst standing at your entire disposal, hope to receive you again very soon. Cordially
