The place was good but if your room happens to be close to the reception desk you can hear everything going on right outside your door. Otherwise very close to the train station and not a bad stay for a night

The walls were paper thin, I could hear all my neighbors at all hours, making it impossible to sleep. There was visible mold in the shower, the toilet seat was broken, and our luggage was left completely unattended after we were told it would be safely stored , anyone could have taken it. Overall, the conditions were far below basic standards and not what was advertised.

We were really disappointed to be woken up early in the morning by loud construction happening right outside our hotel room window. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed about this in advance, which made it hard to relax and enjoy our stay.

good location! but for 4ppl, it is pretty tight: there were 4beds, but the bathroom area was very tight. the sink was even smaller. and the fridge had power issues, maybe due to the excessive heatwave the city was going thru at the time. the staff though was very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel was well located so we could walk everywhere. The managers were very helpful, accommodating, and friendly! The hotel and our room were clean. Our room was small but had everything we needed for 2 nights. Would absolutely recommend for a short stay.

You can’t beat the location, easy access to all the best areas Barcelona has to offer, we loved the most being close to the Gothic Quarter and to Parc de la Ciutadella(also the subway station just accross). The staff was a bit not welcoming (except for the night shift, he was great and very accommodating and helpful ) our room was being cleaned when we arrived and we have asked if we can check in earlier if possible, the person at front desk told us we can come back in an hour..hour and a half to check in, when we have returned- there was another person at front desk and he completely denied us to enter the room even though it was already cleaned and we have our key, he was quite rude and didn’t want to hear what the other person had said before and told us to come back after 3pm. (I guess you are getting what you’re paying for). The walls are thin, you can hear everything and rooms not big, but it was ok, since we were not staying this much in room except to sleep and shower. They have also painted rooms in white, so no more green. Location and convenience were the best.

Good for a couple of days

Ideal location. Last minute business trip so expectations weren’t high. Room was clean and suitable for a couple of days. A bit of noise from the corridors so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Good food spots nearby and close to the metro which is easy to use too.
