Stayed here for 4 nights and was overall pleased. They have a lovely rooftop bar which was a great place to unwind after long days of sightseeing. There is a metro station right next to the hotel which made getting around very convenient. The restaurant was also nice, had dinner there once. Staff was very friendly, rooms were on the small size however not an issue since we were hardly there. Only issue is if your room is on the side of the main street, it can get a bit loud at night however this was not a realy issue for me.

Room was tired badly cracked wash basin damaged floor covering hardly any water from basin tap.Advertised football coverage from 9pm then close restaurant where TV is situated at 10pm apparently residents have no right to stay and watch .Requested late check out but not possible as a number of cruise ships passengers arriving did give me use of pool shower room,stayed here a couple of times 9yrs ago nothing upgraded in my room since then.

What can i say, Emma was terrific checking me in and she knows the area well so she had much info for me... room was amazing for 1 person, stood there 4 days and it was very pleasant, clean ..My complaint has nothing to do with the hotel itself, so they have a pool which is why i chose the hotel but it was closed due to drought alert from the city, law requieres the place to close it to conserve water when it doesnt rain much... so its not the hotels fault at all but just call the people and tell them first and let them choose if they still want to stay.

Overall a very good stay, great views from the rooftop area. The hotel is in a great location very close to lots of tourist attraction's and the metro is right outside the door! We were informed at reception when checking in that the pool that it was shut due to a water shortage in the city, it would of been nice to be informed about this before arrival by the hotel as we only booked the hotel due to it having a pool (I know this is not their fault but just a curtesy email would of been nice as I most probably would of booked a different hotel). Just a note that if you are a light sleeper this hotel might not be the hotel for you as I was woken up a few times by people slamming doors and running around in the corridors, I read people complaining about the noise from the road however when the window was shut you could not hear anything.

Hotel was lovely, large room and very good breakfast choice and quality. Had a few free activities, sangria making, beer tasting etc. 10-15 mins walk down one street straight to La Ramblas. The hotel is on a busy road, our room was at the rear so very quiet, rooms at the front could be noisy. Roof top bar is stunning with 360deg views of the city. Very relaxing space and just what you need after a long day exploring.

Had a fantastic long weekend stay at the hotel. It is very conveniently located with a main Metro stop right outside which will easily take you to the many attractions located within Barcelona. The rooms were clean, and the the facilities were also good (the rooftop pool was not open due to the recent draught in Catalonya, but that is understandable given the circumstances). I would definitely recommend it for the convenience and friendliness of the staff.
