Staff was available 24/7. They helped us to reserve a flamingo place, which became one of the best things we had done in this trip. Buffet breakfast was wonderful, can't complain at all.

Most importantly- the rooms are SUPER noisy!! You will not get a good sleep here! My room on first floor 103 was insanely loud, I woke up 15 times a night- buses,cars,garbage trucks, just people talking on the street- you can hear everything. The room is ok, enough for 1 person. The mattress is super hard and uncomfortable. The pillow is very small and uncomfortable as well. The cleaning lady is lazy and the room is dirty, she never leaves new shower gel. You have to go to the frontdesk and ask for it. Maria Jose at the frontdesk was also lazy with bad attitude. Pros - Great location, can walk everywhere! 2 supermarkets next to the hotel. Xavier from the frontdesk is amazing, friendly and very helpful! P.S. the hotel is not very close to the metro, so if you have suitcases, don’t use metro to/from airport.
the room was clean but the ac did not work and the bed was stiff. the staff was helpful and tried to fix the issue even though it still didn't work. overall it was acceptable.
I staye dfor two days. The air conditiinioning did not work. I put in a request to the reception and they reset from the front desk but that did not rectify the problem. They gave me a fan for the room, but the room was still hot. The reception staff at the front desk was helpful. The room was clean. But the hot room was very uncomfortable.
