Staff are very friendly and helpful when you have questions.

Not only was the hotel fantastic the location was exceptional. You can walk to all locations from the beach to La Rambla.

Truly a 5 stars hotel...service was just excellent

Great staff, rooms and proximity to beach and clubs/bars.

Very modern, great location, only a 2-minute walk from the beach!

Shopped, dined, sun bathed. Saw museums, hotel helped with tours.

I booked the Pullman expecting a 5 star hotel I found out that it was complete waste of my money they charged me up front for the room a month ahead of stay with no way of canceling no matter how much time ahead of the stay right their I should of know not to book I stay at Ritz all the time and other 5 star hotels and they never pull that. When I checked in I was greeted very rudely asking what I wanted! This is a $900 a night with no extras like breakfast or anything I stayed at Ritz Hotel Arts the week before and the hotels are night and day apart don't waste your time staying here carpet in hallway was stained and old what a joke!

Upon arrival we were greeted by a courteous staff that strived to make our stay comfortable. On two nights we asked for dinner recommendations and were suggested two great restaurants. The breakfast was an experience worth waking up to every day. I would definitely return to stay there.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel and enjoyed excellent customer by its staff.

The front desk staff were a bad combination of slow, inefficient, and unprofessional. They did not have the room type I booked available for either early check-in or at the time they said to return to check-in. There were 6 staff at the front desk, but only 2 seemed to be helping customers. Service should be the crown jewel of a 5-star hotel, so it was surprising that things were so poor here. The room itself and roof-top pool were spectacular. Breakfast was good, but the price ($27 EU; not posted at restaurant) was way too high.

Clean & modern hotel, nice staff. Located approx. 2 minutes walk to a metro stop and 10 minutes from Barceloneta restaurants and beach, 20+ minute walk to La Rambla. Everyone had told me to stay by La Rambla but I was perfectly happy to stay here closer to the water versus by congested La Rambla area. 30 minute cab ride to airport. Pools were small/hothing special but at least they had them (it seems like pools are not a big deal in general in Barcelona). I was happy with my stay here and would stay here again.

Stayed here after a Disney cruise. It is very modern and well-appointed. Staff is friendly and generally spoke good English. Pools are great! Drinks are incredibly expensive - about twice what I have paid in SoBe Miami!! Location is nice - very close to Port Olimpic which has many, nice restaurants, shops and the beach.

Great deal, included free internet and fabulous breakfast buffet. Also very close to easy to use metro system, and close to beach and marina, restaurants and casino. Plus they were very accomodating for an early check in

This is an excellent hotel in Barcelona. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and very modern. The bathroom was exceptional with a large tub and a separate shower. It even had 2 faucets at the large sink. So convenient. We had a view of the beach and ocean - an easy stroll of 5 minutes. The pools were not open (maintenance), but looked nice. The view of the ocean from the top pool deck was stunning. We had the breakfast buffet both days which was extensive and changed daily. Delicious!
