They would not allow me to check in earlier at 1pm after 19 hr flight travel. I have mentioned my Platinum member and would not entertain since room was not ready. They would not upgrade which usually they do in the past being Platinum member. It was a lady receptionist up front that assisted us and would not help. Anyway I’m so dissapointed but the stay was okay. Thank you

We were so pleased with this hotel. This was our first trip to Europe ant the staff was so friendly and helpful with everything - restaurant recommendations, getting taxis, answering questions, etc. it’s location was very central to everything with much within walking distance. Felt very safe.

The property was great, the staff was friendly, professional and made our stay warm and welcoming. Convenient location. The crew at CRU was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Overall we had a fabulous stay! The hotel is very modern, clean and quiet and the staff are extremely helpful. They made fantastic restaurant reservations during our stay and arranged transportation with professional drivers which worked out well. The breakfast had a great selection of fresh fruits, omelets and delicious pastries. The hotel is in a fantastic location, near many local restaurants and high-end shops.
