Courtyard House Barcelona:
High standing house located in the upper area of Barcelona. It is completely renovated with private yard of 45m2 very quiet and sunny.

DISTRIBUTION AND EQUIPMENT OF THE APARTMENT:

Stately apartment of 160 m², distributed in: Kitchen, office, 4 exterior double rooms (2 double) and two more double single beds, three bathrooms, two dressing rooms and living room.

It has a large courtyard of 45 m² facing south, which becomes an extension of the living room. This open space is one of the jewels of the apartment. It is not easy to find these spaces of tranquility in Barcelona where you can enjoy an outdoor dinner, sunbathe or chilling reading a book.

The apartment is fully equipped, with gas heating system, ceiling fans, TV with parabolic antenna signal, wi-fi signal, and also fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, television and dryer other equipment.

It has bed linen and towels, and in case of long stays they we include a cleaning per week. It has all the kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery necessary for your stay.

It also has a fairly extensive library, with abundant books relating to the city, and a piano (for music lovers).

BARCELONA AND ITS SURROUNDINGS

Located in the north of Barcelona, ​​the district of Sarriá-Sant Gervasi became the highest standing area, where entrepreneurs, politicians, footballers have their homes.

It is a very lively, quiet and familiar neighborhood, with wide and tree-lined streets, very commercial district, with many parks and lots of life in the abundant terraces of bars and restaurants, where the most distinguished people of the city meet.



ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS

For Gaudí lovers, the house is located very close to several of its most emblematic builds: 5 minutes walking from the school of the Teresianas and the house Bellesguard, and only 15 minutes walk from the Park Güell and the Carolines house, Sagrada Familia and La Pedrera. By metro is much shorter.

For football lovers the Camp Nou (FCB) is a 20 minute walk away.

It is also very close to the Collserola mountain range, an ideal place to enjoy walking, cycling or running while enjoying nature and the breathtaking landscape of Barcelona.

We also do not want to forget about its beaches and its port that make this city a great place to enjoy any time of the year and it takes only 15 minutes by car or 25 minutes by metro.

It is very well connected to the airport (only 15 minutes by taxi) and with the rest of the city.

Metro (Ferrocarril):

- Putxet (5 minutes walking to the stop) from Putxet to Plaza Catalunya just 10 minutes.

CLEANING, SAFETY AND HYGIENE PROTOCOLS:

We take our guests safety very seriously. For this purpose, we are following the Ministry of Health protocols.

The products we will use to disinfect and clean the accommodation are: bleach with detergent, disinfecting products, latex gloves and masks.

The steps to follow are these:

- Cleaning staff will use personal protective equipment and will dispose them safely after each use, then proceeding to hand wash.

- We will ventilate all the rooms of the accommodation.

- Textile garments will be washed mechanically in full wash cycles at 60-90ºC.

- The cleaning and disinfection of the accommodation will be done with bleach which is effective and recommended by the Ministry of Health.

- Due to new regulations, an additional charge will apply in case of high water or electricity consumption, such as charging electric cars or large capacity batteries. This will cover the associated additional costs.

At the entrance of the accommodation we will provide all of our guests with a pack that contains the following products: a bleach bottle, hand soap, gloves and paper tissues.
