The host did a great job of communicating with us when we had questions. The washer/dryers worked pretty well which was important. There were two toilet areas and two showers although we only used one. The showers are very small for sure. Learning how to shower in tight spaces took a day or two. It was a very comfortable, nice place in a more residential area that had plenty of amenities for people staying for a week. There were a few things that needed to be worked on, a chair, electrical connections, leveling of the under counter refrigerator, fix the broken sink off the one bedroom. The sleeper sofa was also great as well as being able to open the balcony doors to allow the exterior air to help cool the place. The interior AC work well. Very pleasant place to stay. This likely deserves mor like a 4.4/4.5 for the location and cost but I can only use full stars.

The location was excellent. We were able to walk just about everywhere. I don’t think the property description accurately indicates how small the elevator is. We only used it when we had our luggage, otherwise we used the stairs. We had to use the elevator one person (with luggage) at a time due to its small size. This isn’t a problem but just be aware of this. The apartment seemed to be clean overall & had most everything you might need but it is old with stains on some furniture, a cracked bathroom sink, and a broken shower head. The front bedroom door to the balcony had a gap at the bottom and did not seal along the frame. Traffic noise was bothersome in that bedroom. Our biggest complaint was the shower head in the front bathroom would not properly fit on the wall attachment. It was broken. In order to use the shower, the shower head had to be handheld, being careful not to get water on the floor outside the curtain. If you needed two hands to wash hair, you had to put the shower head on the floor. Due to the small size of the shower space, this made using that shower awkward. Except for the elevator, most of these issues could be fixed to make for a more comfortable stay and they should be fixed. I tried to report the shower issue but received no response. For a basic apartment in a good area, this apartment was fine. If you want a more luxurious accommodation, look elsewhere. The price wasn’t that cheap and there are other apartments that may be better cared for.
