Nos alojamos en agosto y nada más llegar vemos que el ventilador de techo de la habitación no funciona, nos pusimos en contacto con SH y nos dijeron qué intentarían mandar a alguien de mantenimiento, no lo hicieron en los tres días que estuvimos allí.Limpieza superficial. Sofá lleno de manchas, daba asco. Cama incomodisima, se hunde, almohadas aplastadas. Hay un vaso, una copa rajada y una taza, nada más! . Escasos cubiertos y menaje demás menaje de cocina.En el portal había unas cucharachas enormes....
