We stayed at the apartments in Sant Pau.We had a few problems to get into the building to check in,but we phoned the telephone number that we had and we were assisted by a very polite lady, who also helped us when we did need assistance with check out and keys. The apartment was very clean and was well equipped with bathroom amenities and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We had a 2 bedroomed 2 bathroom apartment. The area of Sant Pau where the apartment is, is a quiet residential area, but, has sufficient bars, places to eat, shops, supermarkets and souvenir shops. Maybe the cleaning lady could have been a little nicer,we returned to collect our suitcases and she banged the door open and told us to leave it open!!! We had gotten permission to leave our suitcases This didn't spoil our stay, we would stay there again

Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment and wonderful area to be located in. Great places to eat and drink and plenty of boutiques for some shopping. Highly recommend the Mexican across the road for dinner. We didn't use the metro, just walked or occasionally caught a 8 Euro taxi back from the water. Carmen who helped us settle in and check out was so lovely as the computer system to access payment was playing up. There is no front desk/reception. It is organised by a computer and a payment machine. There is a telephone on the wall so you can talk to someone if this isn't working. Highly recommend staying here!

We made a reservation for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment 10 months ahead of our trip. On the day of arrival, they sent an email at 10:45 AM informing me the apartment was not available, and they had to move us to another location, 20 mins walking distance from their Sagrada Familia building. I was on a plane when the email was sent, so I didn't see it until we arrived at the apartment building. We ended up taking a taxi to the new location in Gracia. We couldn't get into the apartment building, and no one was in the office when we arrived in the mid afternoon. Their door system recognized my name, but stated that there was a problem, and wouldn't let me in. There was no phone at the entrance of the building. I ended up having to make a long distance call to their main office. After talking to a lady on the phone and waiting for over 30 minutes on the street with all our suitcases, someone finally came to let us in. The apartment we ended up staying in only had 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, not the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, with SPA access that we had already paid for 10 months ago. I called back, tried to talk to their manager about this, but he was not available. I finally got a phone number for the manager and talked to him on our last day of stay, which was a week ago. He told me to sent an email for the complaint. I did so, and no one has replied, even with my follow up. I made the reservation through Expedia, and they sent emails about this on my behalf with no success. All I asked for is a refund for the price difference between the two apartments, and the taxi charge, which is more than fair. I paid for 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, close to Sagrada Familia; I got 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, 20 minutes away from Sagrada Familia. The apartment was nice and clean. As long as you don't have problems, it's fine. However, if you have any issues, even as simple as needing more bathroom tissues or towels, don't expect to get anyone to help without waiting for at least 20-30 minutes because no one is in the office during most hours of the day, and it will take them that long to get to the building. The key system and technology they use sounds nice, but during the 3 days we stayed there, we weren't the only customers having problems getting in. Technology still can't replace true customer service.

It is great centrally locates apartments fully equipped attached to spa area free access near by many attention like sargada familia church clean apartment many restaurants and bars are just around affordable price and helpful staff

6 of us arrived very tired and at first couldn't check in. We had issues contacting someone who could help initially. We were 3.3. The patio doors didn't lock. Only one travel kettle provided. 5 towels not 6 and only one large knife. Wasn't cleaned daily. Cleaner arrived at 10.15 when chk out was 11.. only 1 key so had to phone for more. perfect location. Supermarket over the road.

It is raely great place to stary there with friends and familly. Room wre very comfortable, modern and clean. Apartment is near the metro staction on the center of the city next to Sagrada Familia. I Will come back there for sure.

Have been staying here for my hen weekend which was a surprise I have been looking forward to for a long time and I’ll be honest, my lovely friends who booked this were completely misled by the owners and it has left a bad taste in my mouth. Firstly, we opted to pay for an early check in as we were arriving fairly early and were going straight out. When we arrived the room that we’d paid for was not ready with the floor wet and kitchen very untidy. The cleaner also tried to send us away for a few hours which given we paid for this, is completely unacceptable. We also had nowhere else to go! Secondly, we paid for the package that included the spa access. When we went to go into the spa we were informed that we could not all go in (8 of us wanted to go with a couple wanting to pay for treatments) and we were only allowed in as groups of 4. Nowhere on the booking confirmation stated this and my lovely friends would never have chosen this accommodation had we known this for obvious reasons; we want to spend our time together! The woman at the spa was very dismissive and when we called the owners to complain we were fobbed off. In all honestly, this place should have been great but part of the reason people stay is for the overall experience. To be misled on two key reasons for us to book over anywhere else ruins that experience and as a result, there are a group of very disappointed ladies. I couldn’t recommend anywhere that is not honest and misleading customers is no more than plain theft. Avoid.

After more than 10 phone calls to the reception about different complaints, I'm still waiting for a single answer. The service is less than poor: but you only realiza about it when you really need them. The best piece of advise I can give you is to think every thing is alright and everything works, therefore you won't have to call them to no avail.

Recently had a trip with family to this wonderful city, Check in was made easier as we checked in with the sister apartments Right in the centre of the city and near all the buzz Lovely rooms although beds for children small and creaked Great location and highly recommend for families

We, three friends, booked a flat with 3 sleeping rooms via Castro website. The contact was very friendly and easy. The flat was very clean. The location is marvellous in the heart of Barcelona. Via subway you reach every place, even the waterfront in an short instant.Just 20 ms across the street there is a supermarket where you get everything you need. The rooftop area is a silent place to join the city. Great stay, incredible flat and friendly stuff. We will come back!!!!
