This is an ideal apartment for a visit to Barcelona. Unfortunately we got caught there when COVID 19 started so the front office shut down. This apartment is set up perfectly for 2 people or 3. There is double bed in master, single in second and I guess you could use sofa bed in living room. Well stocked amenities with dish detergent laundry detergent paper towels toilet paper coffee tea etc. The only problem we had was couldn’t get washing machine to spin clothes dry. Because of COVID 19 this was not fixed It is close to metro bus and supermarkets. Would recommend this apartment if you are okay with being a bus metro ride away from main areas.

I found it suited us, it had what we needed, 2 bedrooms, laundry facilities space to have breakfast and sort ourselves in the morning, and to review the day after we got back in the evening.

Was close to Hop on & Hop off bus.

Was a great surprise to enter this apartment and find everything you could ask for. Had a full kitchen with even a washer and dryer for your use. Well located to access buses, subways and shopping. Would highly recommend this place for someone staying for a short time in Barcelona. I would defiantly use this place again if I ever return to Barcelona.

Functional apartment, not too far from Metro

Slight confusion on access to the apartment - not before 3pm, but we had an email earlier in the week preceding to say we could go early (so booking left luggage just off Pl Catalunya not needed). However, the access was to leave luggage in the office only (although it was taken to our room in our absence). I missed the small print for weekend check in (not just after hours), so also charged €30 (I guess mini breaks starting before the weekend won't incur this). Pictures on the website were flattering; not awful, but dull, overlooked by flats at the back and a main road on the front. Saturday night had skateboarders outside too. The main gripe was the persistent smell of stale tobacco, no amount of open windows relieved the odour. We didn't use the kitchenette, as we were out first thing, grabbing breakfast on the way (nice small market with a variety of food by the Metro) and eating out in the evenings. We lost our flat keys (bag stolen, despite us aware of the dangers and trying to be vigilant), but we're able to get a replacement set by heading back to the apartment that afternoon, to catch Erika still in the office, so big thank you for the assistance there.

Nice neighborhood. Nothing fancy but Desk service (Erika) gives an exceptional service. The building always smells clean and nice. The mattress is a little bit hard but it's OK overall. Close to almost everything if you like either walking or commuting. I highly recommend it and I'll back every time.

Der Service ist vorbildlich. Wir konnten sogar unser Gepäck nach dem Auschecken in einem Raum lassen, da unser Flug erst um 18:00 Uhr ging. Bürozeiten sind Mo.-Fr. und daher bekamen wir die Info (Per Zettel in der Wohnung u. per E-Mail), dass ein Schlüssel für uns hinterlegt wird). Super Service! Das Appartement war sauber, die Küche ausreichend für einen Städtetrip eingerichtet, für uns Berliner hat eine Kaffeemaschine gefehlt, aber eine Nespresso für den Herd war vorhanden. Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen & Co.(inkl. Föhn) und Duschzeug, Zahnputssachen...) vorhanden. Die Lage ist super. U-Bhf. Lesseps in 2 Min. zu erreichen. Man kann aber auch gut in die „Altstadt“ laufen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es sehr viele. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Worth it

Very good location. Clean apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. If you have a car, you can park it at BSM Parking for €18 a day near the apartments. You can use any BSM around the city limitless.

Wir fanden ein voll ausgestattetes Appartement vor, es gab genug Platz für 4 Personen. Sogar Duschgel, Handseife und ein Zahnputzset war vorhanden. Leider gab es keine richtige Kaffeemaschine, nur ein Espressokännchen. Wir konnten bei An- und Abreise unser Gepäck unterstellen und waren somit in der Lage unsere Zeit in Barcelona voll auszunutzen

Convenient location. A few minutes walk from metro and supermarket. Well equipped with everything we need. Instructions were clear and user friendly. Gisela has been most helpful with our requests.
