"The room was clean. My only issue was booking any restaurant other than buffet. When we checked in we were told you have to go to the 3rd desk and book only the day before. Turned out it was desk 2 and Everyday we attempted as soon as it opened 10am and was told they were booked up already. On the last day another person staying told us you can scan the menu barcode on this desk and book from there. Staff never told us this even the lady at the desk. This was the only issue we had but it is a decision maker for future stays elsewhere. We had what was supposed to be a deluxe king room, it was just another king bed room. It was next to a small pool and that wasn’t very busy. "
