My room was not cleaned for the entire stay. Shower pressure was terrible. Had to shower with mostly HOT water every day. Brought to several staff members attention and nothing was done about shower and cleaning. Until the very last night of our stay when we were under the impression shower was fixed and it wasnt. We called front desk and requested to speak to Manager. At that point manager offered to move us rooms but we refused bcuz it was our last night there and it was late night. Plus, we were trying to enjoy a nice dinner night. Instead of wasting our evening moving rooms.
We spoke to employees at front desk to advice what we were experiencing they seemed like they were going to take care of the issue by sending someone but nothing was done. Every time I would return to room after a long day vacationing nothing was done. Room was in same exact condition I left it.
My husband and felt ignored. Almost if our satisfaction did not matter nor was it a priority. Also, saddened that my husband and I did not feel welcomed either upon checking in. It took forever. Staff was not attentive at all. I was very surprised and disappointed as we have stayed at other DREAMS RESORTS in other destinations we have traveled to.
I will be taking this experience to a higher up because definitely feel we need to get compensated or reimbursed for at least a nights stay. We paid and spent our hard earning money to have a pleasant vacation at an all inclusive known resort.
