The property was nice plenty of food and drink options but this was the WORST EXPERIENCE ever spent in a resort. Your complaints fall to deaf ears. No one followed up on the complaints made. Thanks to Danile, Reajen, and Georgina for trying to make things better but the damage was too far great to be overlooked or to ever recommend my family n friends to ever consider this resort. Thanks for the absolute WORST BIRTHDAY trip

Not all staff were friendly, long line to check in, requested an ironing board twice and never got it. You have to be on line by 10 am to book dinner reservations each for the following day. Hotel room wasn’t the cleanest, neither was the pool.

I enjoyed this resort, even though it’s a little older. It was overall clean and the staff were friendly. I loved the swim up pool, just didn’t like that they closed so early. The restaurants could be better. The Turkish restaurant was my favorite. The main eating area had good food and a lot of options.

The property was unkept and needed repairs throughout the property. Staff was not friendly. The bellboy was pleasant and gave us restaurant recommendations said he was Turkey but that was it every one else just ignored you and acted like you were bothering them if you asked a question. Do not think they were even trained in customer service. Pigeons run the food areas. Housekeeping horrible. Made beds did not empty garbage did not wipe down sink, dresser or sweep. Make sure to lock the door with latch as staff knocks once and even when you yell give me a second they just barge into the room. We had to slam the room door to make sure it was securely closed. You could hear other people doing the same. Beach is manmade had a lot of rocks was not able to even get in.
