On the second floor there are three bedrooms, all of which have their own bathroom. Two bedrooms have an exit to the shared terrace.
The dining room, living room and open plan kitchen are located on the first floor of this villa.
There is direct access to the inner courtyard from the first floor.
The outdoor area is perfectly equipped for more fun and leisure. The private pool, garden and covered outdoor dining area are just waiting for you. In addition to the modern decoration and spaciousness of the villa, the sun rays by the pool ensure a pleasant vacation, so you can enjoy relaxing summer days here with your favorite refreshment and a book.

Super ausgestattete Villa und bei unserer Ankunft mehr als super sauber mit netten Obstkorb und Getränke im Kühlschrank. 5 Sterne dafür. Ivana die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Lage und Ruhe des Hauses haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Villa Alta ist sicherlich eine Reise wert.

Wir sind zum zweiten Mal hier in diesem wunderbaren Haus und fühlen uns wieder sehr wohl. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum und perfekt für uns als sechsköpfige Familie! Hier ist für uns und die Kinder wirklich Urlaub! Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist perfekt, der Pool das absolute Highlight der Kinder. Die Besitzer sind extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend, bei Fragen kann man sich jederzeit melden. Vielen Dank liebe Ivana mit Familie, dass wir wieder so einen tollen Urlaub bei euch verbringen durften.
