We liked location. We got bad referrals from desk as to where to eat. Two worst meals during the stay where recommended by Harborside staff.
Everything was outstanding!!! The amenities, the front desk staff 👌!!! The waitstaff still the restaurant seemed to be slightly challenged but we were not in a hurry so didn’t mind, we will definitely be staying here again!!!
Excellent location and amenities. Unfortunately the Orbitz booking was not recognized by the hotel and we had a frustrating initial check un experience. The ffirst room they assigned us was on the first floor by the pool, was very small, smelled horrible, very musty. I swelled up immediately, i had a horrible allergic reaction to the mold. Luckily the manager stepped in and assigned us a different room, harbirside. Much better experience. The access to club house next door was also a plus.

Our room had no carpet. It was not a place I would ever stay again.
Staff was very accommodating and professional, location is the best for all the shops, restraunts, and activities.
Water in ice bucket Not comfortable bed. It was "lumpy."
Stayed at another area hotel for the first few nights & then stayed at the Harborside for our final night. What a difference! One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Even the door man was nice.
