Great stay for ski

Superb value for money. The staff was very helpful satisfying all our needs.the hotel provided a free shuttle bus service to bansko ski center that was great. Dinner was tasteful but Limited in selections. Even when our car was not running because of low battery due to freezing cold, they immediately helped us. Thanks kostadin for everything. We would surely stay again on your hotel on our next visit to bansko. by the way the hotel is a four star one and not three as mentioned.

Çok közü, çalışanlar kaba, kayak merkezine uzak

Resepsiyondan itibaren başlayan ilgisiz ve asık suratlı karşılama tüm çalışanlarda açıkça görülüyor. Oda gayet pis. Luxury oda hariç balkon yok. Yataklar ve örtüler eski. Dekor berbat. Konum olarak da gondolaya uzak kalıyor. Yürüyerek ulaşım çok uzak, araç kullanmak gerekiyor. Tüm bunlar eklenince rezervasyon 4 gün olmasına rağmen sadece 1 gece kalıp ayrıldık.
