The house was in perfect condition and had everything we needed for our stay. It got our family of 5 perfectly, and was in a great location.

Great Stay

Beautiful property deep in Eagles Nest (about 25 minutes into the development). We had a nice time staying here. Appreciate the coffee station. Note, bring your own salt and pepper :)

Beautiful and cozy home

This house is so warm and cozy feeling! The back porch and fire pit area are a huge bonus. I’ve stayed in several homes in Eagles Nest and this has been my favorite by far. We’ll be back!

Excellent winter weekend

We enjoyed staying at Three Little Bears in Eagles Nest. The location of the house was great and the decor and design were wonderful! Our kids enjoyed the spiral staircase and loft so much. We loved seeing all the deer! Can’t wait to come back!

Perfection!

Great “cabin” and we loved our stay! We had a bear show up within 30 minutes after checking in and that was really fun to see. The home is luxurious and the kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed! We walked, hiked to a waterfall, mountain biked and played pickleball. Eagles Nest is amazing and we can’t wait to come back!

This property had some good things, but also some things not so good. Good- House is modern and clean and well kept. Bad- The Owner had the clothes closet in the Master Bedroom locked. We had no closet to put clothes in. We said something to management office and they called the Owner and they would not let us use the closet. Obviously they had their things in it. I am 69 years old and have never stayed anywhere that didn’t have a closet in a bedroom. That goes for hotel, apartment, condo, townhouse or house. Especially the Master! And, especially when you are staying there a Month!!Good- Beautiful back yard area with wide open space for our dogs to run and play. Bad- The oven did not work the entire time we were there and the stove did not work properly. For the entire month! They sent management people to fix it, but they couldn’t. They tried to get appliance people to fix and told us they were 15 minutes away. We waited and two hours later they still had not come. Good- The development the property is in is very nice. Bad- The well servicing the house got infected with a bacteria with three days left in our stay. We were told not to drink the water as it could possibly be very bad for our health! We wondered how long the bacteria had been there before they found out. Surely we probably drank some of the infected water and brushed our teeth using it, etc. We were told we could take a shower in it, but decided to leave early.

Great family trip!

The cabin is in a great location at Eagles Nest in between the North Pavillion and Great Camp. There is so much to do with kids here! The cabin is perfectly appointed with everything you can need. It also is immaculate, modern and everything including furniture seems brand new! When we couldn’t get the fireplace to work, maintenance came over within an hour and fixed it. Can’t say enough great things about this place

We loved the three little bears cabin!

Beautiful home with amazing view and amenities. We were lucky enough to have snow during our visit and it was perfect! Kids could sled down hills by house and be fully entertained. Definitely need 4WD as you are up in the mountains. Our favorite game to play was predict the temp drop from the main entrance to the cabin. It averaged about a 6 degree drop which blew the kids minds. Would definitely come back in the summertime for a totally different experience.

Three Little Bears - a wonderful cabin in a great area!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There was construction going on in the area, which we knew up front and that did not bother us. The cabin was cozy and well equipped. We did find a few dirty dishes in the cabinets, not sure if it was left that way by former occupant or housekeeping did not noticed when putting away the dishes from the dishwasher. For a new construction, there does appear to be some fixing (the kitchen sink) that is needed. In all honesty, we did not call maintenance about it, because it worked, it was just loose and needed to be sealed. The cabin itself it a great place. Just know that the loft is small, and the ceiling is low and there is a circular stairs to access. Eagles Nest has a ton to offer for kids too! Also note that you are 3 miles straight up the mountain and another mile heading down the other side. Incredible views, but hard on the brakes!! We would consider staying there again!
