Needs some work

The positives: gorgeous views which we could see Sugar and Linville fireworks. Working with Blue Ridge Mountain Rental was great, very responsive. The house was clean. Areas that need improvement. The house has no AC, so if you rent in the summer like we did please prepare for that. Fans are provided but it’s hot. The outside deck needs to be stained again. Hot tub needs a new cover bad and a deep clean. There is a damp moldy smell in the bottom level that needs to be addressed. The house seems to have a foundation issue, which you can tell if you stand in the master bathroom. You can also see this in the lower level at the bottom of the stairs. I would absolutely rent from Blue Ridge again, but most likely not this house.

Mini Ski weekend

My family and I really enjoyed our weekend at Grand Panorama. We brought our three college age kids and everyone had plenty of space to enjoy. During our stay we encountered deer and coyotes crossing by. The house is a prefect location to ski Beech Mountain, and restaurants. With a beautiful view of Sugar Mountain. Banner Elk is a short drive for a lovely dinner out and shopping. The property management company is very helpful and easy to reach if needed. We had the wrong code to get into property when we arrived. One quick phone call and it was resolved. Wonderful indoor fireplace and hot tub to relax. If you need a break from everyday life, I would differently recommend staying here.

Cute Spot with amazing views

The property has gorgeous mountain top views. We had a little problem checking in because the code that was provided was incorrect. After a couple phone calls that all went to voicemail, I finally Received a text from blue ridge rental with the correct door code. Our stay was great, however the bottom floor did get chilly at night. Thankfully there were extra blankets and space heaters. Leaving the property was a hassle due to a winter storm dumping 9 inches overnight, which only called for 1-3”. Despite having vehicles with 4 wheel drive, one of our SUVs wasn’t able to make it up the driveway and slide down.. there were shovels and 1 bag of ice in the shed. However the shed was frozen shut and when we were finally able to open it, the key froze in the lock and snapped in half. After 2hrs of shoveling we were able to get all vehicles out of the driveway. Very thankful for the kind neighbors that helped us!! So be mindful of potential snow storms and bring only big trucks! Aside from the driveway issues and the delayed responses from the rental property company, we loved our stay, loved the house, and would definitely stay here again!

The VIEW!

Beautiful property in gated community, lovely Beech Mountain location. First time visitors to NC in area for Autumn in Oz. Grand Panorama is very close to the Oz park check-in location. Original door code didn't work, but a quick text resulted in a new code within minutes. Would love to stay in this home again.

We were not even able to get inside the house because the access code that was given did not work. I left three messages with the rental property and never received a call back. Vrbo wanted to put us in a hotel room an hour away from the house.

Pictures do not do justice!

This place is breath taking from the drive up to when you park. Every where you turn on the property was just jaw dropping. This was exactly what my partner and I needed. We loved the cabin, all the amenities and the sweet town of banner elk. We Will absolutely be back.

Amazing Mountain vacation

This cabin was just perfect for us - we were in Beech Mtn for our wedding and it was located very close to the venue. Cabin was well decorated, clean, and the views were spectacular. Definitely recommend.
