Great value for money, Little far from action

Good clean room, very comfortable bed, shower gel in bath, nice AC unit. 5 min walk to BTS station. Cross street from Superrich money exchange. Only downside is on the far side from the bars across a Main through way, a little challenging to walk across and a little far to walk over in the heat of Bangkok. No view from the window as it’s blocked by a board to shield from a construction site.

Late check in around midnight. Room wasn't very clean but was just a short sleep. Air conditioner wasn't the best. Bed and pillows were good. Wi-Fi was good.

The staff were very helpful after a small mix up with the booking , it was sorted out quickly & efficiently. The hotel is clean & comfortable. Overall a very good stay.

Very rude female receptionist

The lady who checked me in was very rude - she put down the phone while I called from the room informing receptionist that the light at the entrance was out. Was then informed later when I went down to complain that she did not understand English then I said if she did not understand she should ask for assistance. The guy then came to check the light and said he will inform maintenance to check the following day but no one came and the matter was not resolved. Other than that the stay was fine. The person who came to clean the room was very friendly.

just want to complaint because my booking is overbook. i done my payment on October but when I check in hotel, the counter person told me that hotel was full, no any room for me. I understood that pick season but the system never updated their system, the in-charge-person try to find other hotel for me but the location and room is bad, far from Silom or share room/bath room with other guest, in the end, hotel refund one night to me and I went to my friend hotel shared room with them, three person staying one night ,the second day i need to return back to the hotel. i think I dont stay this hotel anymore

the breakfast is served with love!

stayed for 3 nights. i booked a standard room, they gave me free upgrade to a deluxe room when checking in. to go there (and to avoid the busy, long waiting traffic light at the junction): if you are at chong nonsi bts, where i-residence / heritage hotel is on your right, exit on the left staircase and walk straight. once you reach the junction (where you see the bts track above you is curving to the right), turn left instead of crossing, walk straight, you will see Super Rich money changer, and you may start cross the road, the hotel is at the opposite. trust me, it’s safer to cross here (and save more time)! the entrance of the hotel is via their restaurant. the staff are friendly. note: if you using phone map, key in the right name. this is triple 8 inn silom, there is another triple 8 inn bangkok nearby as well. i arrived around 5pm, i was hungry but too tired to walk around, so i had dinner at the their restaurant. they serve simple and nice local food, and the price is reasonable.

Nice homely atmosphere

Great location, right on the main road next to the bus stop. Excellent neighborhood. Small hotel managed by limited number of staff and housekeeping with good behavior and willingness to help. Rooms are on the smaller side but beautifully managed and decorated. However, do not expect good room service. Recommended for family and business stays.

Value for money

A Great little hotel 5 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Patphong 1 and 2 in Silom district. Its defiantly not the Hilton by any standards but defiantly great value for money. The room is a great size with a reasonably comfy couch in it and the bathroom was spacious with an awesome shower with great pressure and lots of hot water. bar fridge worked a treat to keep my beverages cold and frosty ! My only disappointment was the hardness of the bed but ill take that to have a tidy and efficient room anytime. A great little spot and i will defiantly be staying here again ....... I would defiantly not find anything like this in my home city of Perth Aust anywhere near this price for what i get ....not even close.... Ohh i forgot to mention the air-conditioner it was also in great working order....
