I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Present Sathorn in Bangkok and it was a delightful experience! The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with spotless rooms and well-maintained common areas. The room was spacious and the bathroom was equally sizable. What stood out was the comfortable bedding and the efficient air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant room temperature throughout my stay. The ambiance of the hotel was fantastic, contributing to a relaxing experience. The amenities were quite satisfactory, with a lounge, working area, and Wi-Fi in the bedrooms. The balcony was a lovely spot to unwind in the evenings. The staff at The Present Sathorn were exceptional - always friendly and ready to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable. Located conveniently near soy 4, the hotel is just a short motorbike ride or a pleasant walk from the main bars and local vendors. The nearby petrol station and 7-Elevens add to the convenience. Although I didn't experience the dining options at the hotel, the overall value for money was excellent, considering the location, amenities, and service quality. The room was well-furnished, though some minor maintenance could enhance the experience further. The hotel was peaceful in the evenings, despite its location on a busy road. I wholeheartedly recommend The Present Sathorn for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and great location. I look forward to returning!

Cheap basic so so hotel for singles

The hotel is new but so so. It's located in a quiet alley just a few steps off the main road of Naradhiwas. It's quite a walk from Chong Nonsi BTS station so took cabs most of the time. The studio room was large but very basic. I would stay here again only if I'm traveling alone coz it's cheap.

The room is fantastic for the price. Only complain is the reception is closed in the evening and if u need things like hair dryer which is not supplied in the room, u have no one to turn to.

Boring location and outdated, but value for money

I arrived earlier at 11:45 hours, but check in time starts at 14:00 hours. After a long flight i wanted to shower and get some rest so i asked if i can check in earlier. The lady told me that each hour earlier check in is 200 bht extra, so 400 bht for me. I was too tired to argue, but thats not good service and on top of it, 400 bht is around 20% of what i paid for the room already which is relatively too much... so bad service. Location is not the most exciting part of Bangkok as its more business district. So traveling is required to see other parts. The hotel itself is kinda clean. Not the best shower (switches between hot and warm too much) and not enough light and looks outdated. However, you get value for money (if ignore the extra 400bht). But next time id rather pay a bit more.
