Nothing good in this hotel. It does not even deserve to be called hotel nor inn. Grossest hotel and you will find here the rudest staff of hospitality industry you could ever imagine! I regret why I chose this one! Rats are everywhere! Very tiny room and the toilet, can’t even fit 1 person. I’m not being exaggerated but I’ve really been in this place and I swear, you will also regret when you try here.

We booked with 3 persons. 1 person room and 2 persons room. We booked trough booking.com. The pictures there looked great so we were very excited. When we came at the Reception and the girl gave us the keys she said if you want upgrade it's 100 baht extra. So that was kind of weird.. When we saw the rooms we now why she said that.. The picture shows the room for 1 persons. Very small. On the picture you see at the fan there is blood. The walls en door are very dirty. The bathroom is shared.. Also not clean and a little sink on the hall way.. We saw rats coming trough the hostel en the people who worked there are also not very friendly.. So I do NOT recommend this hostel.. I paid 11 euros for 2 nights. But this is not the hotel is saw on the pictures of booking.com

We booked 3 nights and had to pay extra for airco. The room is verry small and was not renovated for more than 20 years. So everything was bad. After 1 day we find a killed rat on the 2e store and one "Kakkerlak" bug bug. So this is not a hotel but a prison. Sorry for that but be aware what you find there. The people are nice dought..

This can't even be called a hotel, this is your worst nightmare, staff rude, filthy rooms, dirty laundry everywhere, the place is a death trap and should be shut down. The restaurant food is not good either.

Not the best room but had everything we needed, air conditioning and fridge. Close to Khao San Road but also far enough that you can get a good nights sleep. Food in the restaurant was nice. Staff could have been more friendly but overall not a bad stay

The staff here are disgusting, so rude and aggressive. The room was the filthiest, most dirty place I have ever set foot in. The floor was black with grime, door and ac both broken. Window missing a slat letting all kinds of bugs in. Absolutely horrendous. Do not stay here. Much better for your money elsewhere.

No point telling the horrors we encountered as so many horror stories are on the other reviews below. Don't go reading them before bed though as it's some pretty scary stuff, but not as scary as this hotel.

Bedbugs and filthy. Avoid! I had to change the room, found two bedbugs crawing on sheet and huge cockroach under bed. and then slept with light on walls peeling, dirty washing and rubbish in corridor. Girl in restaurant with foul attitude

Looked and run as well, went to room, smelt, dirty but sheets was clean, but was told if sheet get dirty they would be a cleaning charge!! Was told to buy padlock for room door and lock my self in and also get own pad lock for safety deposit box at reception. When first arrived couldn't find booking, wish they hadn't!!

We arrived here after a long long travel day and just didn't bother going to somewhere else. We just needed a bed asap. First thing the lady said to us was we had booked for the day before making it seem like there was no rooms. So we showed her our reservation with the correct date. She then gave us a key to go see the room and to let them know if we liked it. You don't have to pay if you don't like it. We were on the 3rd floor with a private bathroom. Basically the only thing good about the room was the air conditioning. The walls were full of holes. They had been semi repaired with brown packaging tape. The bathroom was so disgusting and the window of our room was covered in dirt. We had a small balcony that you can't access but you could see so much dirt and dead pigeon carcasses. The bed had springs poking into you while you slept. The breakfast was included. Not explained very well to us. We had to ask the lady and she silently passed us coupons which we had to ask for each morning. You then get to select a meal from the kids menu. We tried something different the second morning and it was the same thing as the first morning. The location is perfect but this place really needs a good cleaning and some fresh paint. You get what you pay for I guess.
