Bedbugs and filthy. Avoid! I had to change the room, found two bedbugs crawing on sheet and huge cockroach under bed. and then slept with light on walls peeling, dirty washing and rubbish in corridor. Girl in restaurant with foul attitude
Looked and run as well, went to room, smelt, dirty but sheets was clean, but was told if sheet get dirty they would be a cleaning charge!! Was told to buy padlock for room door and lock my self in and also get own pad lock for safety deposit box at reception. When first arrived couldn't find booking, wish they hadn't!!
We arrived here after a long long travel day and just didn't bother going to somewhere else. We just needed a bed asap. First thing the lady said to us was we had booked for the day before making it seem like there was no rooms. So we showed her our reservation with the correct date. She then gave us a key to go see the room and to let them know if we liked it. You don't have to pay if you don't like it. We were on the 3rd floor with a private bathroom. Basically the only thing good about the room was the air conditioning. The walls were full of holes. They had been semi repaired with brown packaging tape. The bathroom was so disgusting and the window of our room was covered in dirt. We had a small balcony that you can't access but you could see so much dirt and dead pigeon carcasses. The bed had springs poking into you while you slept. The breakfast was included. Not explained very well to us. We had to ask the lady and she silently passed us coupons which we had to ask for each morning. You then get to select a meal from the kids menu. We tried something different the second morning and it was the same thing as the first morning. The location is perfect but this place really needs a good cleaning and some fresh paint. You get what you pay for I guess.
We were booked in to stay here for 3 nights, recommended to us by a travel agent. The leaflet looked pretty good and we thought it was a bargain at about £60 for 3 nights. The night before we looked at reviews from trip advisor and instantly felt worried...This was the only hotel where we were not allowed to check in early, but reading a sign at the bar said we could receive a refund if we weren't happy with the room. After climbing 3 flights of stairs as there was no lift, broken windows on the way, we opened the door to a less than adequate room. Fair enough the bed from a glance looked pretty clean, but as we looked at the sink by the window not far from the bed, there were ants covering the entire bowl, coming in from a gap in the window. We had a look in the bathroom and at first thought there was no shower, but taking a closer look there was of course a 2 in one deal where you could both shower and poo all at the same time. As we made our way back to reception to receive our refund, not wanting to be bitten to death each night there was a horrific and huge spider on the wall, which I'm pretty sure would cause sudden death. Unfortunately we then had to travel back to the travel agent in order to receive a part refund, (should have been in full due to lying about it being clean and safe). My advice... deffo do not book here, nor do it through a travel agent. We found a cheaper and a lot nicer place down the road that day.
Please please do not stay here... we saw a rat run across our path in reception on the way to our room, cockroaches on our bed, there is not even enough space in the bathroom to even sit on the toilet! No bedding. No toilet paper. And the service I was provided with was utterly disgusting. I was basically being ignored during my complaint to the staff member. I refused to stay there. They would only refund me 600 baht out of the 1000 I paid for a double room. But I did not care as I just wanted out!
never go again this place rooms are really smaller and dirty , they say ther are tv but just to feel not for look . staff is no coprative . wrost part is break fast . \ so one word never go again best part is down staire restaurant people are good .
I made my reservation trough Booking,we arrived in the morning quite early around 8 oclock. There was an old lady that told us that we could leave our luggage and come back at 1 oclock,so we did. We came back around 10 to pick up some things from our bags and I gently asked for the wifi to the young lady in the reception. She replied saying You are not yet my guests so go away. I told her that we would have been her guest in a couple of hours and then she got so angry and started insulting us,ad even said that if we don't leave she would have hurt us with the key,at that point I started laughing and decided to change place.
Me and my boyfriend stayed here 4 nights. The staff are terrible and not helpful at all. We didnt get any blankets to sleep with, luckily I brought one of my own. 2 nights here is okey if you get wasted and sleep anyways and stay out all day. It was near khao san road, and that was the best thing about this hotel.
You can easily find something much better for the same price or cheaper. We couldn't move in the tiny and filthy room, there is only space for the toilet in the bathroom. The worst part of all of this is to deal with the unprofessional staff who have not idea how to run a place like this. The old woman gave us the wrong room at the beginning (which was 10 times worse than the one i am complaining) as we booked a "superior room" and when we told her about the mistake her first answer was NO, 3 seconds after she checked our booking and we were right. The youngest one at reception is not only useless, but very rude and lazy. At some point i had to laugh at her face while speaking with her after seeing the way she was speaking to me and other guests. A complete joke. I also saw rats playing in the lobby. Good luck when booking in here. You will need it because they wont definitely help you at all.
