Have been staying for 4 nights breakfast buffet is lousy and havent changed at all (at least put the tags correctly for a change) Food hygiene is not at all maintained the pics are from my cereal bowl from today i told the staff that its from the buffet and they did not even bother to ask me any further and said (many guest sorry naka ) didnt even bother to change or have a second look in the cereal bowl in buffet.
We family of 4 adults and 3 children, stayed in this property from 28th to 31st Dec'17. Trust, Our stay was extremely comfortable. Hotel is in Soi 15, Sukumvit, but very quite, safe and close to Soi 11, famous for Indian restaurants and Seven Eleven store. For better stay, choose newly renovated Junior suits, situated in different building, 500 meters away from main building. Bring some stuff for cooking and enjoy home made food, in the small kitchenette, available in Juinor Suit. Regards, Rajat Johri
This is our second visit to this hotel. Staff are very friendly, rooms are starting to look a bit run down but still good. Walk to Nanas Plaza is about 10 min. Breakfast needs to improve. Same as it was when we stayed here 2 years ago. Would have loved to see some bacon on the buffet but only ham was available.
Ok I have to say that I was what they consider a long stay guest since I was going to be there for 30 days and was in a room that looked exactly like an apartment building. This is not bad at all and all the front desk crew were a great help. Room service was fantastic and very quick. The maids are super friendly as well and always want to help in any way. They all made my stay really nice. The only thing I had a problem with was no real natural light being able to come in the room and when you open the curtains people can walk by and look right in. This was kind of weird to me and I felt like being in a box.
Amazing hotel, I was upgraded from family room to president suite, stayed two night, the staff were fantastic, really helpful, a good choice of food reasonably priced, I would definetely recommend this hotel for stay
This is a proper gem of a hotel. looking at the description of the hotel it does look small and quaint, but, it is rather deceiving as the hotel is spread over a number of separate wings. Construction and redevelopment is under way, but dont let that stop you of considering this fabulous residence as this seems to be being done one wing at a time with the redevelopment accommodation not being used until completion. We were booked into a junior suite which, when we arriverd around 11.30am was not ready for us. Although this was not a problem for us, we were offered a suite in the wing across the road and upgraded which we were more than happy with and WOW what an apartment it was! The place was immaculately clean and tidy. All the facilities listed in the hotel description were accurate and more.... the beds were extremely comfortable, as was the whole accommodation. The staff were SO helpful, charismatic, respectful and, above all humorous. From the reception to the bellboys and the resturant and security staff, thank you all. Breakfast is slightly limited but at the same time there is ample choice, (you wont go hungry). The hotel is in the middle of Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy with Junction 27 only a two minute stroll, (thats if you like commercial food, better small local restaurants outside for us personally). We will DEFINITELY be returning clients and have highly recommended The Royal President Hotel to my friends and family passing through Bangkok already. Never done this before but, Book, you wont be dissapointed
Nice location, helpful staff and bigger room. The property require renovation in very short time. Toilets need to be more clean. The floor tiles require to be changed or polished. Breakfast is good. Value for money. with better maintenance will make the stay more comfortable. Please renovate ....its getting old now!!
After April I stay now the second time here. Since 4 years in hotels of the Kingston Group. After President Palace (closed) ; where I like to stay, I have here larger rooms and also best and friendly service, I will come back as soon as possible
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my friends..... While coming from Pattaya to this hotel I kept my phone in the dashboard of the Taxi and after reaching at the hotel forgot to take the phone... after check in formalities when I reached in well decorated big nice room I found that my left in Taxi... Again came down to reception to check but taxi was gone.. and now the reception Staff ( forget the name it's Mr Nappart like this ) instantly called the security for to stop Taxi but as it was gone security only provide the Taxi plate no. Which was enough to find the Taxi driver with the help of police... and in this a Bell Boy Name Mr Charn helped alot... He gave me address of police station and himself called up the Taxi centre to know abt the driver as it was easy for them to talk in Thai ( most driver don't know English much)... after sometime he got call from taxi centre that they inform the driver and he is coming to return the phone... It was my luckiest moment and to my surprise I got back my phone the day I was abt to check out frm Hotel...... Thanks to all the Staff of hotel for making my trip memorable with your nice and supportive behaviour.... Definitely I will again stay in Royal President Hotel if got chance to go there.... THANKS A LOT Staff...
Spent 3 nights here with my family. Nice spacious rooms though they need a major refurbishment. The bathrooms are terrible. They have black thick layers of dirt stuck between the tiles. besides this, the hotel staff are very sweet, breakfast is good, pool is small but good. The hotel is situated is a very good location.
