Check-in was efficient. Staff was friendly and we got a couple rooms on an Executive floor. We actually booked it through a discount site, so that was a nice surprise. The lobby was very clean, but looked somewhat tired/dingy due to the styling and wear. The pricing of items in the lobby was crazy. The room was a decent sized hotel room, with attempts to be higher style, but very dated. This was a cool hotel 20 years ago. The bed was unusually comfortable for Thailand. The bedding was awesome.
location is very convenience for sightseeing and shopping
Super nice hotel. The rooms are good and clean. The pool and outdoor walking area were really nice.
Could use a better gym, look like it hasn't been updated in a long time! Other than that, room was clean and hotel was friendly!
I chose to stay here because it's close to my family house. It was great price, easy check-in and clean
staff are friendly, excellent buffet, reasonable price,
The hotel is ok and staff very nice But i have problem in counter no show me my bill and so bad put the same bill 2x in credit card So problem to me now
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was just so-so. The location is excellent close to shopping and transportation. I booked limo service from the airport to the hotel through the hotel travel desk. No one met me at the airport so I was left stranded in a strange city not speaking the language. It did not feel comfortable. I took the Airport Taxi to the hotel. It was cheaper than what the hotel was charging me. Do not book any transportation services from the hotel their fees are way too high and not reliable service. Metered taxi service out on the street is much
The breakfast is one of the best features. People from all over the world enjoy the vast array of foods. I'm sure even the pickiest eaters will find something. The pool area is especially nice with a tropical feel.
Yes the hotel met my expectations I was treated with respect and my roon was ready. I booked from home. And the location was great
Room was Clean & Breakfast was Excellent. Great location on Silom.
I remember staying at Narai a few years ago and had a pleasant experiance. But this time I was given a room on the 5th floor which is completely out dated. I felt I need to wear slippers to keep my feet from getting dirty. The 3rd night I check into a room on the 8th floor and it was decent. So I suggest you request a room on a higher level that is a lot more modern and clean feeling.
