This place is quite fine considering the price and value in the area. A few quirks that some may find helpful: available parking spots are inadequate, resulting in people just parking wherever they can, at the expense of double parking other guests. There's a big banner on the front of the hotel saying HUGE INDOOR POOL. The pool is average by any hotel standards, with the hottub being smaller than an average residental hottub. If sitting on a strangers lap in a hot tub sounds awkward, best not to book here just for the pool/hottub. I forgot my toothbrush and didn't realize it before the rest of the town shut down for the night. Typically hotels offer complimentary toiletries for such a case as this, but not this one. Not a big deal, but for as little effort as it would cost to make the guest happy, you'd think they could keep a few things behind the front desk.

Pool is only for little kids. Staff nice. 15 minutes walk to downtown.

The location of this facility is at the end of Banff Ave which could be both a pro or con. Walking to downtown is easy and the hotel provides public transport passes for convenience, but if one is looking to be more involved with the downtown vibe I would recommend somewhere closer. Price will likely reflect this however. The rooms are a bit dated and the vehicle entrance to the hotel can be loud due to larger commercial vehicles coming and leaving. Overall I would recommend this facility if you only need a place to relax after a big day and sleep.

Treated nicely but room was dirty. Had prior clients soap in shower. Shower curtain was moldy

No problem at all. Everything went smoothly. Room was nice and big.

Eventhough it's a little ways from the town center,it's so worth it to come here. Plus they give you free bus passes. And the walk is about 20 minutes. The staff is amazing. So friendly and helpful. We loved our rooftop pool and hot tub. It's sort of a maze and I wish they had better signs about how to find your way around, but that'd about my only complaint. Great place.

We had a wonderful time in Banff, with an extremely comfortable room and beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub which only added to our stay!

15 min walking distance to Banff downtown. has good hot pool. parking space a little small for big car if parking lot is full. different ground floor for different buildings, parking lots.

Bad staff! Bad room condition! Over charged! Not clean! Very hot without air-conditioning could not sleep! Bed sheet is very uncomfortable! The price is not matched with the room condition. The bed sheet is dirty and pillow smell badly.

Could not fault this hotel, friendly staff, big rooms, good amenities and close to all restaurants and shops.

This is a great place to hit the BANFF ski resorts. Close access and great amenities. This place's Hot tub is AWESOME!

Great ski getaway! If you need a place to crash get up and go again pick this place. GREAT outdoor hottub!

For the price and proximity to ski resorts in Banff this is the perfect place to crash. We stayed for a weekend and then skied Sunshine Resort. Just about a 30 minute drive away I really enjoyed staying here. The roof hot-tubs are pretty incredible and make for a great time relaxing after a long day of skiing and meeting other travelers.

First of all let me say that this is my very first review. I am not a high maintenance traveler. I would never stay here again. Room was dirty and it smelled horrible!

Not bad for the price. Got it under one hundred with coupon. On outskirts of Banff. Still can walk into town easily. Room is standard motel type room.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. We didn't get a chance to use the pool areas. The staff personal at the front desk we spoke with was friendly and helpful. Stay here was expensive, but similar to others in the area.

This hotel was located about 1.5 km from main tourist area, which makes it a little on the far side to walk to. The hotel also does not have air conditioning. However, Banff weather does not really require air conditioning at all. Overall, the hotel is clean. Bathroom shows sign of wear and tear, and it's age. However, bed is comfortable and clean.

The hotel was good for the price that someone pays for but If you wanting something over the top this isn't the place.

SHORT NIGHT---NICE HOT TUB IT WAS DEFINITELY WORTH THE TRIP

Great hotel! Staff was great! Live band at the bar and kids could join til 10! outdoor hottub was soooo nice after a day of skiing! Pet Friendly:) will definitely recommend and stay there again!
