We've stayed here twice and like the size and location of this property..it's on the main drag but away from the hustle and bustle...great jump off point for activities around Banff, lake Louise, norquay, etc!

It was not clean and the Wi-fi did not work all the time.

i like having the bus pass included. the property os getting a little dated but its clean and i like the price. no complaints

Way overpriced for the accomodation, tub and shower not working properly, no luggage trolley, noise was horrible from people coming in and out, talking, running up and down hallways, parking was next to impossible, had to pack everything into room, furnishings old and run down, only one plug in source, i will never stay here again, chatged way too much for these type room conditions and accomodations, horrible stay, hardly slept at all due to noise

Parking is not nearby the main entrance and is 2 levels up. My room was very close to the reception but I was told NOT to use the elevator to access the 5th floor. After a 10 mins walk I accessed my room but realized it was right next to the 5th floor's elevator! I do not care if the layout is like maze or not, but at least the receptionist should show me the most convenient route to my room.

The hotel is nasty old and the outside of the hotel looks like it’s abandoned.

Old dated hotel but in good clean condition. The hallways are a little noisy in the Swiss building but the rooms are very large and the beds very comfortable (I wish I knew the type of mattress, something like temperpedic.

This place is quite fine considering the price and value in the area. A few quirks that some may find helpful: available parking spots are inadequate, resulting in people just parking wherever they can, at the expense of double parking other guests. There's a big banner on the front of the hotel saying HUGE INDOOR POOL. The pool is average by any hotel standards, with the hottub being smaller than an average residental hottub. If sitting on a strangers lap in a hot tub sounds awkward, best not to book here just for the pool/hottub. I forgot my toothbrush and didn't realize it before the rest of the town shut down for the night. Typically hotels offer complimentary toiletries for such a case as this, but not this one. Not a big deal, but for as little effort as it would cost to make the guest happy, you'd think they could keep a few things behind the front desk.

Pool is only for little kids. Staff nice. 15 minutes walk to downtown.

The location of this facility is at the end of Banff Ave which could be both a pro or con. Walking to downtown is easy and the hotel provides public transport passes for convenience, but if one is looking to be more involved with the downtown vibe I would recommend somewhere closer. Price will likely reflect this however. The rooms are a bit dated and the vehicle entrance to the hotel can be loud due to larger commercial vehicles coming and leaving. Overall I would recommend this facility if you only need a place to relax after a big day and sleep.

Treated nicely but room was dirty. Had prior clients soap in shower. Shower curtain was moldy

No problem at all. Everything went smoothly. Room was nice and big.

Eventhough it's a little ways from the town center,it's so worth it to come here. Plus they give you free bus passes. And the walk is about 20 minutes. The staff is amazing. So friendly and helpful. We loved our rooftop pool and hot tub. It's sort of a maze and I wish they had better signs about how to find your way around, but that'd about my only complaint. Great place.

We had a wonderful time in Banff, with an extremely comfortable room and beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub which only added to our stay!

15 min walking distance to Banff downtown. has good hot pool. parking space a little small for big car if parking lot is full. different ground floor for different buildings, parking lots.

Bad staff! Bad room condition! Over charged! Not clean! Very hot without air-conditioning could not sleep! Bed sheet is very uncomfortable! The price is not matched with the room condition. The bed sheet is dirty and pillow smell badly.

Could not fault this hotel, friendly staff, big rooms, good amenities and close to all restaurants and shops.

This is a great place to hit the BANFF ski resorts. Close access and great amenities. This place's Hot tub is AWESOME!
