I’ve booked 4 rooms and was given the old wing after I’ve asked the reception for the newer rooms she told me that the hotel was full. I beg to differ as during breakfast, there was so little people. Old wing rooms were dilapidated and water in the shower alternated between hot and cold even after adjustment. I’ve booked this hotel before 2 years ago and was impressed with the newer rooms which I was allocated. Overall, a disappointing stay for me and my guests this time. In future, will definitely skip this hotel and opt for newer and better ones.

Nice furnished room, clean and comfortable. One note is the placement of washtable outside the bath room, maybe just not used to. The are minimart inside the hotel with reasonable price. Near to Braga, just walking out. The table in the restaurant is quite crowded and tight, need more space though.

The service was impeccable. Kudos to Mr Dandan the manager and his team for rectifying the hiccup for the free breakfast for the 3rd occupant in the room which was due to hotels.com. The buffet spread is amazingly huge and good. Love that there’s also a 24h mart for our convenience. Would love to come back again.

Hotel di tengah kota bandung, dekat sekali menuju braga dan alun alun kota bandung . Kami hanya berjalan kaki santai sambil menikmati sekeliling . The bathroom has old sanitary need to replace with new ones. Basement car park has very narrow exit access, it is dangerous for mpv car. I had bad experience where my car scratched when I drove my car through narrow exit access from basement 2 to ground level. I had reported to duty manager on 18 june evening that he promised to be followed up by hotel management but noone contact me after that.

新館に宿泊しました。 水回りもよく、ベッドも快適でした。また、ネットも割と快適でした。 （※インドネシアのホテルは、Wifiの通信状況が部屋毎にムラがあることが多いので、 たまたま私の部屋がよかったのか、全ての部屋が快適につながるかはわかりませんが） 朝食も種類が豊富で悪くないと思います。
