The Brookshire Suites Inner Harbor, BW Premier Collection

3.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

This hotel was located walking distance from the inner harbor pier. It was an easy walk to Little Italy and the parking garage was part of the hotel.

My trip to Baltimore was a very quick one, but the Brookshire Suites helped to make it a great night. Huge room, reasonably priced, nice room with breakfast in the morning. I appreciated the text I received after I checked in, asking if everything was ok. Weird that I got another text hours after I checked out.

Great hotel would stay again!! And the food we ordered for room service was excellent!!

I would stay here again. Rooms are big and hotel staff were friendly.

Convenient and got the job done but hotel staff was not helpful or pleasant and we had a terrible room on the first floor facing a wall in an alley covered in pigeons. Room was dark, however it was clean and spacious.

Good experience and our family would stay at this hotel again.

Tookgrandkids to aquarium and zoo. Not much else to tell

Our stay started with early check-in, which we were extremely thankful for, as we were traveling with our 7 month old daughter. Hotel set us up with a crib and a place to store our luggage prior to check-out. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us! They made our first trip away from home a breeze.

Looking online while booking this hotel we knew it was different from what we had been accustomed, but thought we would try something fun, funky, trendy. Instead it seemed cheap and pulled together without much thought. While the front desk help was lovely, the bellman was seen on two occasions to be laying on the sofa in the lobby. In one of the two rooms we had, there was a huge wall mirror that clearly had become detached from the wall and was just left leaning against it. SO dangerous if it had been bumped and fell over onto someone.

The room was a 1 bedroom, two double beds and a sleeper sofa. It was supposed to fit six people. It does, as long as they are small kids. Two adults don't really fit on any of the beds. Also, the two double beds were in the same room, while the sofa bed was in the living space. Not great for privacy.

We came on business but had time to visit the Inner Harbor as well. This hotel is just two blocks from the Harbor so we left the car in the garage and walked. The only thing that interrupted our sleep was the traffic outside. It's been many years since we lived in a "city" environment and were no longer used to the traffic at night. Other than that, the stay was pleasant and it even included a full breakfast.

This was our second time staying here and will be our last. On a positive note the staff was mostly friendly and the valet ($30 something a night compared to $22 for self parking without in and out privileges) was efficient. Our room's carpet was dirty and the shower head was set at just below 5'. Housekeeping never came in after the first night to clean up or bring us fresh towels. There were also a lot of people in the lobby that were hanging out and making noise late at night that did not appear to be guests. Also, while minor but still frustrating the coffee in the lobby was always cold, not warm but cold like a few days old.

nice and close to all historic sites. We got good information from the front desk about the mass transit system of getting around the city.

The best part of our stay began and ended with Eden at the front desk. Beautiful soul that accommodated us is so many ways. Looking forward to coming back on our anniversary!!

Nice place- but no parking, plan to pay $30 to park in a nearby garage

Modern decor. Roomy. Perfect location. Easy walk to inner harbor. Best parking lot at adjacent corner. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great place for a weekend.getaway with family and.friends.

Great location and good value, staff was very friendly and room was clean. A little bit of traffic noise at night due to location but not really a problem.

Hotel was extremely clean.. The staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful .. I would recommend this hotel

Close to harbor. Clean and well maintained. Rooms have low ceiling. There is no on site parking. Have to pay extra for parking.

The receptionist was very friendly and checked us in. Our room was ready and we were able to put our luggage in the room and go for a college visit. We chose the hotel due to it's proximity to the harbor and this was a great location! We were even given recommendations as to where to eat for dinner.
