Traffic noise couldn't sleep. The roadway in front of the hotel is jacked up and people keep blasting their car horns.

Bathroom sink was not clean upon check in. Had to contact the front desk twice before housekeeping arrived to clean the sink. Housekeeping woman was FANTASTIC ! Front desk staff was just ok, nothing exceptional. Other than that, my stay was fine.

Nice location. Nice room, nice restaurant. Run poorly. Thermostat broken in room. Pool closed for "private function" when I booked specifically for a pool for my daughter. Restaurant was literally ignoring the room service phone, then gave me a warm soda in a can to take back to the room. Ice maker in poor condition and didn't dispense much. Atm broken. Valet text service didn't work, had to ask for my car 20 mins later.

Overall it was okay, but the water took too long to get hot, some food was not available on the menu and the door to access the pool was locked due to waiting for security to come open. It was about two hours waiting period.

Lady (Jasmyne) at the reception gave us a room key for a room that was already occupied. It was quite awkward. Her colleague though apologized and gave us free breakfast.

My room was not cleaned after the first night stay. There was an air conditioning unit sticking out of a room to cool the hallway. Not a good site.

Room was fine. Bed was comfortable. Would have liked a makeup mirror!

Didn't realize there was no parking, had to pay $50.00 for valet and front desk was no help at all

I loved where the hotel was located. Close to the harbor and the baseball stadium.

There were so many hidden fees and everything was not what the site said it was! Staff at the desk were very nice but not such a great place to stay

Poor tun down condition. Staff okay but would not stay again.

Shower was not working. Very inconvenient. Was disappointed that an adjustment was not made on our bill for our inconvenience.

Nice and clean. Good bed. Friendly staff. We will stay here again. Very easy to get to the ballpark.

The property was not in great shape. One door only worked the last day (main entrance main door); there were other issues. In my room, the toilet ceased flushing on the second day-- and I had only put small amounts of toilet paper in it.

This means that we are just around the corner from downtown and within walking distance from the Inner Harbor. However, it also means that the sounds of the street can sometimes filter into the rooms on the lower level. We apologize for the inconvenience you were caused.
