Stayed for 2 nights to catch a couple baseball games over the weekend. Hotel was clean, and the room was spacious. Their breakfast was good. The hotel shuttle was great, and the drivers were prompt and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone ! Two thumbs up !

Hotel was a good price and great location. Close to Inner Harbor and other downtown attractions.

next door to the homeless shelter, so the neighborhood is seedy. parking is $15 a night, but the lot is too small and i was unable to find a parking spot. moldy bathroom

It was a nice hotel. The shuttle was WONDERFUL! no need to drive in the wicked city traffic. The hotel staff were very nice and even after we checked out we could use the shuttle and keep our car in the lot till we got back around 3pm. It was a wonderful stay :)

A nice location near inner harbour. Worthwhile for brief stay in Baltimore.

The breakfast, staff, rooms,...... Everything was excellent! We really enjoyed our stay!

Good location for the price. Would return. Loved the city, had a great time!

We drive from NY and arrived at 130 am, when I called at 7 to let the hotel know we would be arrive this late the women never said that they wouldn't have any parking available, the rude front desk clear then proceeded to tell me at 2 am that I would have to wake up to move my car at 8 am or I would get a ticket for parking on the street. We went to a different hotel where they were friendly and welcoming and has 24 hour valet service. I am now a Hamilton in customer instead of a holiday inn customer, and I got charged for a room that I canceled because of THEIR inconvenience not my own. I am speechless by the service I recieved and lost 150 dollars due to poor explanation of there parking facilities

It is a standard 3 stars hotel but in a scary neighborhood. I got a little bit lost to get there and I was really scared because in the surroundings you see scary people and almost in front people leave in tents on the street. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and the room comfortable

well the hotel is ok the location is ok clean neatly, near to everything u need really but it was wrong time to be there due to protesters and problems happening now in the city but

I have stayed here previously and would not hesitate to stay here again. Excellent staff all around: food service, front desk, housekeeping. Adequate location. Excellent value. Convenient parking. I have no complaints whatsoever. I know what to expect, and I get what I expect. No surprises.

The hotel was nice and clean, but located in not the best part of town...

I was Baltimore for the night for an appointment at Johns Hopkins. The value for this hotel is incredible. The staff is friendly, helpful. They have a complimentary shuttle that goes to Johns Hopkins, I will certainly stay here again when I come back.

If you're staying at a hotel for the convenience of its location, in this case John Hopkins, it can't be beat. If you're looking for a full service, "I need a lounge, or restaurant" hotel, this isn't it. For a Holiday Inn Select, they do a pretty good job of being what they are. Very attentive service from the front desk, and the shuttle driver Kevin, was fantastically helpful!

General this hotel is good for someones to go to Johns Hopkins Hospital. It is not convenient to go to restaurants. Some stuff need to give customeres more smile face.

I reserved two queen beds with this web site, but arrived to find only single Queen beds available. The front desks claims that unless the I book directly with the hotel either by phone or their direct web site they are not obligated to provide what I purchased. Other Baltimore hotels were sold out, so we had to make due with the one bed. It was frusterating and disappointing . The hotel was clean, provided good breakfast and beautiful lobby. The highway next door is loud if your room is on that side of the building. Parking was additional money, but free shuttle to the harbor.

Breakfast wasn't ready at 6:30 Shuttle was 90%of the time late Blaring music in the lobby 2 days in a row we only had 1 towel in our room and had to ask for another

The hotel overall was very nice for the price. We did have to pay extra for parking per night, but when the weekend came they didn't have enough parking spots. The hotel is not near Inner Harbor, but it's not a bad walk (10 min) if you're up for it. They do have a free shuttle that can take you where ever, which was great most of the time. Except their last pick up was 9:30pm so when we went out to dinner at La Scala, we were lucky the restaurant had a complimentary shuttle to take us back to our hotel. So you must keep that in mind when planing your outing. The complimentary breakfast they serve every morning was a very good spread; there was something for everyone and it's free! Our room was an odd shape, but a good size and nicely decorated.

Neat and clean room. Free shuttle to Camden Yards and surrounding areas.

The room was probably their worst with the traffic going by all night. We had to change rooms for an unrelated reason and the second room was much better. Also parking was extra. A first! Hotel needs a like of love. They did have a shuttle available to try to improve the location.
