My room smelt like a ash tray, the water took forever to heat up, no batteries in the remote, stains all over the carpet

The area was not conducive for family staying. I left with my family and opted to drive home.

My stay was a horrible experience. I woke up to a swat team in front of my hotel and then was locked out of my rooom for two hours before check out. I would like to request a refund.

Absolutely disgusting. Save your money & book elsewhere.

Along with the room, I paid for breakfast for two. They didn’t provide any vouchers at check in. When I came down later to the front desk, they said I had to show them my confirmation email. I brought them my confirmation email in the morning and the clerk said “I cannot accept that. The rooms don’t usually come with breakfast. They don’t usually do that.” Then she looked up my room “Oh, it does come with breakfast.” There was confusion in the breakfast area because there were two entrances And no central waiting area, making it impossible to know who arrived first to be seated. The bar seats were half empty So we asked to be seated at the bar. Jerome, our server, was excellent, as was the employee manning the omelette station. Both were very pleasant and kind despite the crowd

3 of the 5 employees i dealt with had attitudes. It was warm and the air conditioning was unavailable.

I loved wverything about Crowne Plaza. Hotel is beautiful to begin with and then the Christmas decorations just added another level of awesome!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Mostly clean room and was comfortable. Police visited the hotel twice during my visit, however, with one visit from the Crime Scene Unit. Wish the location was a bit better--no shops or restaurants super close to the hotel.

I thought the hotel was in a perfect location for access to the convention center and restaurants. It was easy to find. The people were friendly also. However, during my 5 night stay, my room was only cleaned once. And, I had to request that it be cleaned. A few other requests went unanswered.

I loved the decor, set up and how clean it was. Hated the ice machines only being on 3 floors. I wish the fitness center had better equipment other than mainly treadmills. The pool is outdoors so no swimming when it’s cold. Overall great.

At check in, front desk commented - "oh, a third party reservation" Next to Radison Hotel and shares restaurant. Only Valet parking, Radison offers self parking with in and out. House keeping did not show on our second day. Needed to call and they came after 4 on our second day. Pool was closed. Third time booked through orbitz and hotels and b=not adjust price or refund. Better to book direct. Third party reservations means third class room and service. Will book hotels direct next time and forego the orbitz bucks.

Terrible service at the front desk. Front desk gave us a dirty room which they switched us out of. The sink in the new room didn’t work. Terrible all around.

Great space but the car service took a bit long one day to get my vehicle but the next day they got it right. So I’m satisfied.

Staff was friendly and helpful however not very attentive in hotel restaurant one night but they made up for it by comping my meal. I liked the water available during the day and it’s proximity to the convention center.
